I love Subway's food, but was unable to even order at this locations drive through. Someone acknowledge me being there, but No... one ever assisted me. Finally I went inside and asked if anyone was helping drive through customers, where I was told theydidn't know anyone was there. Frustrated me and the car behind me left. Unfortunately I couldn't have the healthy option and hadto buy a cheeseburger across the street. Read more

this is the worst subway store in the entire state. bunch of lazy girls with attitude work there. Owner please note... you need... a good manager there to save this place. ordered a tuna salad and received one with no tuna Read more

This place is ridiculous. Arrived at noon and the only bread available is white and wheat. Oh?and the toaster oven is broken... ?I can microwave it for you?? Unfortunately, my kid loves subway and it?s the closest one to the house but at this point I?drather drive further in hopes that maybe we?ll find an actual functioning sandwich shop. The staff is courteous enough and I?msure the kids working the front are doing their best but they are almost always out of something regardless of time of day. Read more

I wish I could give this 0 stars? The worst fast food experience I have ever had. And that?s saying something because I?ve been... to the McDonald?s across the street. To start: employees were not communicating well to their customers. They didn?t tell usthey were out of important ingredients until after they started making the sub. Which made us feel trapped into buying somethingwe didn?t want now. There was one girl with blue hair and glasses that was just straight up rude, and very disappointing tohave to deal with. She was complaining about things not being restocked or prepped. Which is completely on them for not preppingthem in the morning. And she said that they haven?t had herbs and cheese bread for three weeks, which is weird because when Iworked at subway years ago we made it using white bread, cheese, oregano and couple extra things that they HAVE. It felt likethat girl was lying about it so she could be lazy and not prep it. That tends to be the norm with fast food employees thesedays, saying things are out of stock when they are just lazy and don?t want to stock it. I understand that it?s a double edgedsword and that management could be making this job awful for them but it?s no excuse to be lazy and take things out on yourcustomers. Who always come first because without them, you don?t get payed. Either management needs fixing, new staff needed,or a intensive customer service training. I won?t be coming back until something changes. And I will tell everyone to avoid thisawful experience. Read more

My husband brought home a subway club today. They only had wheat, white and wrap. He got a wheat. The roll was as hard at a... hockey puck . I had to take all of the insides out and put it on regular bread to eat it. I was so disappointed to pay as muchand get such old bread. It should be very fresh. Read more

Poorly run location. My online pre-scheduled order was hadn't even been started, even though the place was dead when I went to... pick it up. Both sandwiches I ordered were incorrect. Wrong bread type and not toasted on one; and the other (though admittedlythis one had a moderate amount of customizations, but their whole concept is ordering a sandwich the way you want it...) was wayoff. Missing ingredients, didn't adhere to the more/less of different toppings, etc. The only reason I'm not demanding my moneyback is that I used the code FREESUB for a BOGO deal. Do yourself a favor, drive the quarter mile down to the east to go to adifferent location. Read more

Subway makes me happy, I love the great fresh food. But I'm done with this location unless I can watch my food being made. I... ordered the Cali Fresh (turkey, bacon, avocado, mozzarella) a few times last year from this location. The first time they leftoff the avocado. I messed the company with zero response. I added a note to the order the every time after that to pleaseremember the avocado. They got it once. The next time it was missing. I contacted the store again with no response again. Thenext time I got to the store in time to watch them finish making our order. I asked which was the Cali Fresh - he was justwrapping it. "Did it get the avocado?" No, but at least I could get it on. It's an essential part of that sandwich, not anythingextra I'm adding! Why is it so hard!?! Now they have a new name for it, the Turkey Cali Club. Same ingredients - turkey, bacon,avocado, mozzarella. I put on the receipt again, please remember the avocado. This time? The completely wrong sandwich! ???? Asyou can see from the receipt, we ordered no chicken sandwich. We always get Subway when it's a busy night and I can orderonline and grab it as we're dashing past. Apparently I can't order from this store unless I can be there to watch and make suremy order will be correct. Once in a while is one thing, but easily over half the time I've had problems with this store. Noresponse when I've tried to correct things by contacting them directly. Read more
