I feel like I have been very patient before writing this review. For the past four times that my family and I have purchased our... sandwiches from this location the ends of our footlongs are almost rock hard. I worked for Subway for two years, and this isabsolutely ridiculous to me that this has happened on MULTIPLE occasions. To me this shows that whoever is opening is not doingproper bread counts, and that's just the bread that we are talking about. What other corners are being cut?? Is food that hasgone past It's expiration being relabled and put back out for the public to consume??? Absolutely abhorrent that this happens,and am utterly disappointed with the performance of this location. We thru the drive thru today to get two sandwiches which. We waited for them to find a pen. Then ordered but when I got the... sandwiches both were so wrong! One was missing a couple veggies. Couple years later this place is still bad. I'm assuming the ownership is just riding off the brand. I received the same... response when I asked my sandwich to be remade this time as I did a couple of years ago, " I apologize your last visit did notmeet your expectation. I have shared your feedback with my team to improve our customer service." such a generic andunapologetic comment. Go to a different shop even if this one is convenient it's the only way. Read more
Had a horrible experience here. I ordered 1 footlong meatball sub and 1 six inch meatball sub. Ordered through the drive through... and they have me pay at the window. After I pay, they tell me there aren?t enough meatballs for my six inch. That?s fine, Iorder a turkey sandwich. I get home and both sandwiches were made wrong. My meatball sub had no lettuce or ranch, and my turkeysandwich had no mustard, no oil or vinegar, and BARELY any mayo when I asked for extra. Avoid this location!!!!! Very dirty, not organized in the front. They had to keep going to the back to get more vegetables.... There were trays of bread sitting in random places. Employees inapt to be working in the food industry. Never changed theirgloves till we asked. Sandwich didn?t taste like a Subway sandwich. To say at the very least we will NEVER be returning. I did an online order and went to pick it up in the store but when I got there at the time they said it would be done, the... worker hadn?t even started on it. Now mind you, there wasn?t another soul in the store or the drive through and my food stillwasn?t ready 20 minutes after I ordered it!! When the worker finally came out of the back, he was talking to someone on thephone!!! He then proceeded to make my salad WHILE ON THE PHONE. What a joke.
