Very disappointing. They seemed angry at us (and the other 3 parties) that were there upon opening. The server did not convey... our dietary needs to the chef. They do not offer any GF soy sauce, so only sushi for one of us. They were playing loud rock.Which definitely took away from the Japanese atmosphere we were hoping for. The food was good. Not great. The two stars wasfor the Chef because the stuff he did was fun. But as others have stated he didn't seem to enjoy it. It was not worth the$130. Will never go again. Wish we had gone somewhere else. :( Read more

Food was good, but it was my 5 year olds birthday and his first time there. It seemed like it chef wasn't really enjoying his... job. Part of the "show" (the onion volcano) didn't work fully (a rubber chicken of sorts) and he didn't do any of the eggtricks. Just not a showman and I was hoping for a better presentation and interaction. Not worth the $60 I dropped for hisspecial birthday dinner. Read more
