STOLEN CARD !!!! I went through drive through this evening, I was tired and didn?t realize they didn?t give me my card or... receipt until I got home. I froze my card through my app immediately then Tried calling the number that they had online only todiscover the business phone number was disconnected or no longer in service is what the recording said. I went back and sureenough they had my card. I asked if the employees name was on the receipt, the young man said yes. I get home and check thereceipt and the cashier name on the receipt says Carl?s. Tomorrow morning I?m calling the bank and corporate office to reportthe incident. The only reason I gave them 1 star review is because I had to to write this review. Read more
The piece of s*** at the drive-thru window taking our order stole our credit card/debt information and used it over the... internet. I tried to call the location but phone is off the hook......what a true Clearlake Ca. Tweeker..... shameful.....now tocall corp. Read more
Great service and staff that obviously care for the quality of the food they make.
Always out of something. I don't care if its slow at night, its wrong to work alone what if something happened. Its should be... posted if you stop serving at a certain time for the public, so your employees don't take the wrath of the public when theyorder. No ice cream/ shakes etc after 11pm. Easy. Read more
THIS RESTAURANT WILL STEAL YOUR INFORMATION IF YOU USE A CARD. I used my card here over a year ago 2 nights ago they started... charging things to my card . Now my account is locked the card is locked in a safe as I definitely have camera footage provingmy card and I where both home all night. Thanks for the huge inconvenience right before a major holiday weekend. I will beboycotting your place of business hope you enjoy the pickiting. Make sure you check your order if you go through the drive-thru. Ordered a beyond famous star with cheese and no ketchup or... tomato. Got it without cheese and ketchup and tomato. Even charged me extra for cheese. And these people want 15 bucks an hour? Read more
So happy they have a no wheat option with their low carb burgers. They are quite mess and could use a second wrapper but they... are decent. Free wifi, no wait today even at 12 noon. Everything was pretty clean. Read more
