I like Jack n the Box, because the Menu has A LOT of great food to choose from and the milk shakes come in large sizes and are... my favorite item. Their Milk Shakes are larger than Carl's Jr and McDonald's and also are cheaper than the both of Jack in theBoxes aforementioned competitors.???????? Read more

The drive through messed our order up big. Had to park and reorder a missed item only to find further mistakes once we got home... , Soggy cold greasy fries, wrong burgers, and shorted two cheesecakes and a rice bowl. Food was less than tasty. I now know whyI rarely go here. Read more
I hardly go to the Jack in the Box here in Clearlake CA as their food is always greasy and their service SUCKS! The line is... always too long and you have to wait 30 mins to an hour to get food. And then when you do get your order, it?s not even correct.No receipt ever given at anytime I?ve gone here. Their food sucks so bad my cat won?t even eat it. 100% do not recommend!Hopefully we don?t get food poisoning. Read more

This Jack in the box has to be be one of the best .The workers here have paid for homeless people's meal out of their own... pockets.They have shown kindness towards the less fortunate in multitudes. The business itself has wonderful food. Affordableprices, speedy service, & the most friendly, kind, compassionate people I have seen in a long time !!
