They were out of the halloween buckets and didn't say anything, the apple slices and bbq sauce from the happy meal were missing.... Staff that took my order was great but the person handing me the food was awful. She seemed really rushed and flustered but Iwas only 1 of 3 people in line. She refused to stop for a second and make sure everything was right or I would have asked aboutthe halloween box mistake. Read more
2 mocha frappes via drive-thru. Had to repeat order 3x's! Received and took back the 2 mocha frappes as they they were not... filled correctly. AND they were approx. 75% or more-ice all the way thru the containers...(large) This wasn't the first timeeither this has happened. Also, be sure to check what you ordered before you leave as the orders are rarely correct. 3 yearsgoing to this McDonald's...they NEED a new owner!(many times we just end up going to the one in Lakeport if time permits)...I've heard from previous managers and ex-employees that the current owner has no interest in upgrading any equipment here."Nickel and dime it" Therefore, it's not just the employees. I really wish they would let us get our own drinks and not have to get our food to go Every single time you eat here! I always... end up sitting in the dining area with my food and I hate that it's not on trays anymore. Plus some of these people needcustomer service training badly! Read more
Food was good, typical McDonalds. We had breakfast here, tasted good. Restaurant seemed relatively clean and staff were nice and... helpful, but the seating area had several flies buzzing around. Wasn't very appetizing. Read more
One of the worst, dirtiest and inefficient McDonald's I've ever been. Ordered just a drink, but had to wait 15 minutes for our... number to be called, even though the soda fountain was self serve. All we need was a cup. We asked but were told we have to waituntil our order is called. The bathrooms had no toilet paper, nor a baby changing station. Read more
The last two times I ordered a customized big breakfast and both times everything was great. the speed and the accuracy were... great although the price's have gotten pretty high. It wasn't a dollar for an extra hash brown but 2.49. Read more
I understand it's a fast food place, but how much lower must my expectations be? ??????? I asked for a triple cheeseburger only... ketchup and cheese.
