Open BUT CLOSED, ample parking for larger vehicles and because they have no access to the inside. Saw half a dozen people drive... in and right back out because they, like us, couldn't enter the restaurant due to "low staffing". So no bathroom, no service,take your food and go. Saw several truck / bus drivers UNABLE to get food leave visibly upset and I completely understand that.Thankfully, despite having to run over curbs, I just barely got through the drive thru so we could order. The professionaldrivers aren't so lucky. Come on, this far into this you should have found a solution to this problem for people who cannotaccess the drivethrus. Sad and unexceptable. Read more
Do not recommend. I got food poisoning from their salad about 3 weeks ago. I had a mushroom cheese burger a week before and it... was great. So just stay away from the salad. Read more
Dairy Queen is the best the food is great amazing prices and they still have plastic straws (I hate the paper ones)

I just had there sauced and tossed strips OMG they were Amazing. No side dipping sauce necessary in my opinion. 100% on point.
Staff shortages in town meant most other places were closed on a Sunday. The staff here did a truly fantastic job of serving a... ton of people quickly, efficiently, and kindly. We were super impressed! Read more
This small town Dairy Queen is the best. Friendly service and locally owned! Sandeep helped us right at closing time and treated... us just like any other customer despite our lateness! Worst service ever Complaint is specific to the store in Clearwater, British Colombia , Canada. I driving over 30km there & back... to get crispy chicken burger meals. The fries are ALWAYS WAY too undercooked from this DQ We couldn't eat them. Even the dogwouldn't eat them. The chicken burger was a pathetic chicken patty which had never been close to a chicken. It was literally allslapped together. It was thin and mostly breading and had been cooked and cooled several times. We couldn't chew it. On top ofthat, the lettuce was literally rotten! It was brown and stinky like it had been in the fridge for a month or two! This "meal"totally turned us off DQ! Please send quality control people to this location. I don?t know what it is but customer service atthis location is horrible worst people ever!!! They are causing DQ to lose long time customers as well as ruining the DQreputation!
