I think you should know what to expect when you walk in here and see the aged decor. Make sure to order something easy to make... cause the chef is only talented with a small variety.I found that they were making up for a lot. Took an hour to get fooddespite being mostly empty, but they have a decent beer selection. Poutine came with grated cheddar rather than the squeakcheese that was advertised, and some of the gravy was a bit chunky. Fries are AMAZING i havent had fries like that in a while.The waitress was kind if not a bit tired, which is understandable. Comically bad. Something you?d see on Hell?s Kitchen or Bar Rescue. Terrible and slooow service, and then gross undercooked food... obviously bought next door at the Extra Foods and undercooked in the microwave. Tap was broken at the bar. After a terriblemeal, our bill was incorrect with extra items we didn?t order. A zero star place indeed. Read more
Disappointed. The only hot day I've encountered around here in months (while not working). Went for lunch only to find out... there is no patio. Pub wasn't open. No mixed drinks other than your typical high balls, beer etc. But in all fairness...Theabove criteria is rare/far & few between to find in Clearwater. At least not until after 5:00 p.m. or whatever. I hear thatthe food is good. So everyone should give that a go at the very least! Read more
Poor service, average food. We were not welcomed, we had to wait 15 minutes just to get a menu. I asked for gravy 4 times and by... the time it came, my fries were cold, the gravy was flavorless, AND I found a piece of plastic in it. The server didn't seemsurprised when I showed her the plastic, which was concerning, but the 1.50 gravy was removed from the bill. Definitely will notcome here again if we happen to ever be in this town again. Read more
Nachos were definitely the go to for starter it was cooked all the way through with toppings on the bottom to very well done... dish . Definitely will come back again also had the steak sandwich with Caesar dressing medium rare it was so good I forgot totake pics. Read more
I ordered a double paralizer in the pub.... the man was extremely rude . When it came. I mixed it . .....it was chunky...curdled... . I went up and told him. He yanked the drink out of my hand threw it in the sink and told me to go somewhere else .... it wasthe worst experience I have ever had in a pub. He was the rudest person I have ever came across in the service industry. Read more
