My wife and I were making a visit to Westfield Countryside Mall and decided to drop by BJs. New to us but our daughter has been... suggesting we visit because she really enjoyed it. We called on the way to put our names in but we’re told there was no wait.Arrived 5 minutes later and there was a wait, so I put our names in. After about 15 minutes wait and seeing several people comein and be seated, I went to the desk to inquire. He apologized and said he thought we signed in for a pickup. Hmm, differentdesk. We were seated and brought menus and drinks. I was in the mood for pasta so I ordered the Spaghetti and meatballs. Mywife preferred the Chicken Parmesan. After a bit our food came. The plate of spaghetti was huge! And it was delicious. My wifealso quite enjoyed her Chicken Parmesan and it was a large portion. I also loved the garlic knots that came with myspaghetti. Service was great after we were seated and food was excellent. Worth checking out again. Greeter does needs a bit ofwork though. Read more

The worst service of my life. We had Gina G. I have never waited so long at a restaurant to be acknowledged before in my life.... It took at least 20 minutes for us to even have a glass of water in front of us. We had to ask multiple times for basic thingslike napkins and plates. Everyone in the restaurant was just wandering around doing nothing. It was on a Sunday at 3:00 p.m. andthe restaurant was almost empty. So being too busy is really not an excuse in this example. We didn't get a single refill andeven when my pizza came to the table I didn't even have a plate to eat it off of. We ordered dessert and it honestly took whatfelt like forever for it to come out ...we didn't even have time to stay and eat it. We had to leave before it even came out. Noapology. No acknowledgment from the waitress whatsoever about the poor service. We won't ever come back here for lunch again. Ittook almost 2 hours for two people to have a lunch together which is way too long. The waitress was inattentive and had zerourgency. No sense about customer service whatsoever. BJ's you should be ashamed to serve this food for what you charge. I have no problem paying good money for good food... This is... ridiculous! $125 for terrible food! 2 orders... 3 pieces of 3" so called fish, RAW... RAW!!!?? $18.25 each meal!! 3 "bowls"1/2 filled clam chowder $10.70 each 1 - Margarita flatbread "pizza" hard as a rocks, toppings? Where? $12.75 Garlic knotsdented our table!! See photos... Visiting from NY and needed a small escape... Decided to sit at the bar and was NOT disappointed. The bartender was on point... with drink suggestions and food. For the food, this burger is top notch. It's one of the best I've had. Delicious, flavorful,and cooked exactly how I asked. Read more

We have been here twice. Food was excellent both times. Service not so good. First time waiter brought my drink refill so late... he put it in togo cup. Then he took a break with our credit card and had to send the manager to find him. This time i had to askwaitress for a refill. Well it never came. She looked at my empty glass 7 times but nope. I highly recommend the soup & salad if you're looking for a light meal. The chicken tortilla soup is great!
