Drive thru staff do not ask to take your order. Fry's tasted like dirty grease and my wife's burger was obviously on a kids size... bun. Pathetic. The one on East Bay is still pretty slow, but at least they give you what you ordered and paid for. Read more
Went in the drive thru tonight spent almost $30.00 for meals and our drinks were not given to us. Tried going in to get them and... the dining room was locked. The whoppers were cold and swimming in mayo. The onion rings were cold and soggy. Second time thishas happened at this location. Very disappointed. Read more

On a slow Tuesday morning at 8:00 a.m. with one customer in the dining room and four in the Drive-Thru Lane this place runs at a... snails pace. I sat in the Drive-Thru Lane for 7 minutes before someone came over the intercom. The manager that was working thelane had nothing but attitude on the speaker as well as when I got in front of her. As a 42-year resident of the area and afrequent customer of this Burger King, I will never be back!! As poorly as she treats customers with an attitude I can onlyimagine how she must treat employees. There are two drive through lanes and they can't even service one in a timely manner. It is not unusual to sit waiting for... someone to take your order for up to 10 minutes. Today I was tired of waiting and not hearing anything so I went inside andordered and the girl working the counter complained to me and the only other customer standing there about people not beingpatient in the drive through. I went to store # 2816 drive thru ordered Dbl SW Bacon Whopper, Crispy Chicken Jr and SW Bacon Whopper jr. The Whooper was... nothing like advertised I mean it was served cold, I couldn?t find the crunchy part, the guacamole was dark colored, I mean itwas a mess, the whooper jr and chicken sandwich was cold!! The service at the window was horrible the attendant did not thankedus ( my wife and I) after I paid. We went home to enjoy our dinner and I couldn?t believe it, and no sense on going back. Idon?t know what it is if it?s the owner or management I don?t know and my wife went inside to use the restroom and she said itwas dirty, the floor at the hallway was sticky and the place smelled bad. Please let management know to tell the employees thattheir customers are very important for their business and this particular BK is on Gulf to Bay Clearwater Fl where lots oftourists go in and dine.
