I used the burgerking app sitting in my work truck at the 38th ave n store and made sure to change my location in the app to... this store BEFORE i submitted my order and it still changed my location to north Clearwater and charged my debit card. I calledthem immediately explaining my problem and they flat out refused to help me nor did they refund my money. They said there toldnot to give refunds to anyone and that's totally straight up theft and as long as i draw breath i will never eat at this placeagain. And i will do my best to a pread the word to as many people as possible i don't want anyone spending their hard earnedmoney on a company that steals from you. They are wrong, it is their mistake so why then shouldn't they deal with it right nowafter having no problem taking my money. No the truth here is the customer is their LAST PRIORITY! Read more
Never been here before, went to the drive thru and waited over 5 minutes for someone, there was a car behind me waiting too. I... even called on the intercom and no one came. Both me and the other car left and when I drove by the drive thru window the workerwas there eating the whole time. Read more

I feel bad because the staff was very pleasant. sadly they made my bacon, egg and cheese sandwhich WAY before I got there. It... was super soft and the bacon tasted of old grease. i have much better luck and never a complaint when I go to the BK on Gulf toBay Read more
The food quality is on par comparing to other burger king. So I will not comment about the food. I got a phone coupon for a... free Whopper, place my order via app, then at the drive-thru window, told the machine is broken, and rather than refund, theyasked if a chicken sandwich is ok. The customer service is good. As for now, only drive-thru and workers do wear their mask. Read more
I ordered a whopper without lettuce just onions n tomatoes. N a side of extra tomatoes onions. I pay she gives me the bag.... I ask where's my extra tomatoes n onions. She gives me side order. I should have opened my sandwich there in drive thrubut didn't cause I assumed she would at least get my order right. I get home n this pic is what I got. Didn't give me areceipt either. Pictures speak for themselves....ordered 2 chicken parm meals. BK advertises one thing but what I received came nowhere close -... half a slice of cheese and a tablespoon of tomato paste. The joy didn't stop there....I ordered onion rings and was handed frieswith the explanation that onion rings take 2 minutes to cook and bye bye. This was all after waiting 10 minutes in drivethrough. Avoid THIS burger King. You won't get what you ordered. Thanks for messing up the order as now my kid won't sleep or eat... anything else. I refuse to order from this location. Does not matter if it's delivery or dine in or drive thru. Read more
