When you walk in your getting leaked on by water from the ac unit, cashier was rude and not listened and talked way too fast. We... get the food and the Philly sandwiches had absolutely NO flavor at all, I had to dredge it in hot sauce and add my own salt andpepper to try to make it better well NOPE guess I?m giving it toy dogs. Now for my wife?s same thing no flavor , over cooked andstale fries for her and my son.. and when I mention something about I was just shrugged off. I am from southeast Pennsylvania and the food I was given at Charley?s Philly steaks was not close to a Philly steak sandwich.... It had very little meat and provolone cheese I thought they gave me the wrong order. I should have gone to Subway , they havebetter steak sandwiches. I took it back and got a refund. Although the restaurant was clean and staff was courteous, I?ll never recommend Charley?s. Definitely NOT a Philly steak... sandwich, we are from the Philadelphia area a d know what a real Philly steak sandwich is. What I paid $15 for was a roll with2 pieces of provolone and 2 ounces of meat. The loaded fries were good but over priced at $5! Save your money and buy steakummm. Read more

My first and last time I'll eat here. The cheesesteaks edible If you like Subway you'll love it! Way overpriced a $4.50 up... charge for cheese fries and a small soda. The canned cheese they put on the fries taste like it came from the dollar store...It's gross! NOT worth $15 AND Definitely NOT the #1 cheese steak in the world! Read more
Been to Charley's twice, not really impressed with their Philly. Bland and overpriced for what it is, I won't be back anytime... soon. Also their cheese and bacon fries are also pretty basic, bacon bits and random nacho cheese wasn't what I was expectingfor "gourmet fries". Overall not the worst, also not worth a trip. Read more
