First time ever trying Checkers and it was good! I can?t eat meat so I tried their fish sandwich. My wife got a Checkerburger... with cheese. Good not great. However the French fries were fantastic! Tonight is my first time to buy food here, because I was hungry tonight, and happened to pass by here, I bought a beef burger... combo, the beef filling of the burger I just got was cold, hard, and when I finished eating About an hour later, I had an upsetstomach, a nauseating feeling, and I just went to the toilet twice to vomit until I threw up the food, and I feel better now! I?m never stopping here again! My husband and I both got sick after eating burgers that were disgusting. Stopped by again to get... a spicy chicken sandwich and was given a piece of chicken that was actually browned where pieces were cut off to make asandwich. It wasn?t even a whole piece of chicken! We waited over 20 minutes for it! My husband chanced the burger again. I?vebeen in the service industry for most of my life and all I could think is it was sitting for awhile so workers started eatingit. Why they chose to give me the scraps of their snacks is beyond me. 5/25/22; I placed a prepaid pick up order for 7:45pm. I arrived at 7:10pm and notified them I was here. I got the order at... 8:11pm (31 minutes later). I would have left if I didn't pre pay for the order and if I wasn't on my way to work. Luckily Ialways leave early for work so it didn't make me late for work. The food I admit was good and hot. Checkers is always ghetto no matter where you go. And this was no exception. One drive thru was closed, and walk up was closed.... So the only option was to go to the other drive thru that doesn?t have a menu. The chicken bites are horrendous. The crunchychicken sandwich was dry and disgusting. One of the employees was handling the frozen burgers with his bare hands. That doesn?treally bother me actually, but maybe it should. The fries were great as usual. Read more
I was raised eating Checkers, moved from FL in 2007 came back today and got checkers. Absolutely rubbish now. I ordered the... popcorn chicken box and it tasted like theyl put literal popcorn seasoning on it so everything even my fries tasted like fakepopcorn butter. Super disappointed. Read more
