Public service announcements to all chili workers and management team. ALAN is the best. Always make sure that you keep him... there because he provides outstanding service and always checks on you to make sure that you have everything you need. These arethe type of workers that should be provided in the food industry. This place is AWESOME!!! Customer service was top notch!! My girlfriend and I sat at the bar and was given great drinks, and... when our order took a little long a manager offered a free dessert WITHOUT us even saying anything! Great service???????????????? Read more
Grabbed our pick up order and everything was excellent! It was ready right on time and was brought to my car seconds after I... checked in. My hubby's orders are always customized and his order was just right. Thank you to the whole staff! All the peepscomplaining on these reviews about wait times and staff...well, they don't know what it's like to work in the restaurant bizsince Covid! Food is good but the restaurant was way understaffed. Actually saw people walk out after waiting more than (10) minutes to be... seated. Considering today is a Wednesday you would think the wait time would be quicker. I blame management. Not the workers. Read more
I love Chili's but not this location. Pro: It's in a convenient, easy to access location. Con: You most likely will leave... disappointed. I was disappointed multiple times in a row throughout the past year. I took a break from this location andreturned today to find things still are sub-par at best. In one visit, I experienced all of the following problems:. (1) I wasserved soup on a bowl exactly as I ordered it without garnish, but soup was dribbled all around the side of the bowl and justmessy. In the restaurant industry, the edges of plates and bowls are typically wiped free of food. Not in the case at thislocation. (2) I was served nothing but liquid for "salsa.". There were no tomatoes at all. I informed my server that I didn'twant the bowl of liquid and she promptly took it back, but I was still charged for it on my check. (3) When our food was served,we had not been served drinks which were ordered previous to the food. I received my soft drink after bringing it to theserver's attention. However, my friend did not receive her beer until she was finished eating and only after she asked forwater. There is also a 4, 5, and 6, but I will end here as this review is already far to long. In summary, this location needsmajor improvement. I will not return, but hope they improve so that another business location is not closed. Read more
Okay food, good service, and very sweet drinks. Waited at the host stand for a little while before being greeted. Once seated,... service was good by Noah. He even informed us about all day happy hour. The drinks were really sweet, but they were also cheapso they?re probably batched. Food was okay, nothing special. If you want good hot food in a reasonable amount of time go elsewhere. The restaurant was mostly empty, and we still had to wait... to be seated. Once we were seated a friendly waitress came up relatively quickly which wasn't surprising given the small amountof people who were there. She took our order and promised our food would come out quickly. Well, that's when the process came toa screeching halt. We sat there for well over 30 minutes in the freezing cold restaurant as our waitress basically ignored us.She didn't pay any attention to us just sitting there waiting...and waiting...and never went back to check on our food - not.even. once. I guess she thought that drinks where her only responsibility. Finally we were so annoyed and freezing that weflagged her down and let her know we wanted our food to go. So after only a couple minutes she brought out the food which wasmiraculously and suddenly ready. I also want to mention that she dumped the two containers on the table with a bag on top so weeven had to package it up ourselves but I guess she was and had been checked out of her responsibilities long before that -obviously. (As I feared the food HAD been ready for a while because when we got in the car and tried to munch on our fries theywere cold.) As a lame-o token effort to neutralize our dissatisfaction, the manager offer a free desert. Really? How about thepoor status of our cold food, poor service etc? Did he really expect us to sit around for another half hour to get a free pieceof cake? Honestly we were so cold we just wanted out of that place. Short staffed or not, there were very few people in therestaurant yet a simple hamburger was too difficult to prepare and provide in a reasonable amount of time. No we didn't wantdessert.
