I have recently not had a good experience at other locations, Until I went to this location. My coffee was perfect and my wrap... was nice hot and fresh. Unbelievably upset with the pricing only this dunkin has literally this one!!! I was told to buy refill cups since I am at... dunkin everyday of my life and this one the only one in this county apparently prices so much higher than every other one whichis insane that just this one dunkin charges me the same price for a medium iced coffee which is what is my refill cup size and Ipay the same price I would for the regular medium iced coffee in the plastic cup. When ask the Gm Tammy had a serious attitudewith me about the pricing so a customer who has been going to dunkin everyday and has paid a significant amount less at everother dunkin. You give an attitude to for simply asking you a question on how your one store is so much higher in price.Apparently you are not able to ask why and I paying the same price I would pay for my regular medium iced coffee to the GMbecause she is to good for customer's questions these day's. I could understand if it gave her an attitude myself but I simplyasked and showed a receipt of the difference in price everyday but today here. This woman should not be in management at all. Extremely slow. Waited 12 minutes in a trapped drive thru for a mobile order. There were only 2 cars in front of me. My pumpkin... cold cream, cold brew had no spice topping and tastes extremely watered down, even with a shot of espresso added. I will nevercome back to this location. This location is the worst DD in the area. Went in today for a coffee...that's all. The young cashier didn't even say hi or... acknowledge me in anyway. Needless to say my coffee was even made wrong and that's all I ordered. I will continue to go to theone on US 19 North near the Subway. That location is always on point. This location seriously has the worst staff I've everexperienced and should just be shut down. Clearly I'm not the only one on here who feels this way. Customers....you've beenwarned! Read more
To the blondish brunette with the short hair, with red gauges: the coffee was terrible and you shouldn?t act confused when... people want a refund. The latte was white with sugar at the bottom, there was no espresso in the drink and when I stated thatthis is not what I order cause I asked for a latte (espresso, milk and sugar) she offered to charge me extra for espresso????The espresso was suppose to be in the drink??? The drive up menu board is so sunbaked you cannot read it. We are not frequent Dunkin? Donuts visitors but the once or twice a... month visit we do make has been to this location and it has not been a positive experience either time. I'm a very patient person, and historically love Dunkin donuts and Baskin Robbins, but I will not be back to this location ever.... The drive thru took 25 minutes (I couldn't leave due to cars being behind and in front of me). I'm hoping the employee at thedrive thru was just having a really bad day because of that is how she is everyday she doesn't need to be face to face withcustomers. I paid almost $9 for a two day old bagel with barely any cream cheese on it and an undrinkable iced coffee. Thefirst time I visited this location it was approximately 3 weeks ago and the employee was friendly. We went inside for ice cream.The ice cream tasted old and freezer burned. Destiny brought us holiday cheer and tasty coffee. We had ?bucks gift cards tried to use them (really prefer Dunkin over ?bucks)... at ?bucks but a mean Elf behind the counter sent us away, he had zero holiday drinks left.
