The staff took a very long time to get the order filled, were swearing as they talked to one another and they did not properly... complete my order. Seemed very unorganized and not professional. Yikes. Things were good at this location for a while but recently and especially this am 9/22, things got bad. I waited in the... drive thru for 10+ minutes, finally get up to pay and I?m handed my donuts but no coffee, they forgot it and had to ask me againwhat I wanted, watched the guy make it right then, spill a bunch of it while shaking it with the lid half on, and then when Itook a sip it wasn?t even my coffee order. I go back inside and the people waiting in line are frustrated, ?that?s what you said10 minutes ago.? Also, they forgot to give someone their card back in the drive thru and the guy had to run out into the parkinglot to give it back. It?s such a mess in there. This Dunkin Donuts has some of the worst drive-through service I've ever seen. I don't roast places usually in reviews but this... is beyond stupid. At 2 in the afternoon, I pulled into the drive through and was told to wait. Waited several minutes before Idecided to just go inside. Pull forward to find that there's only one car in front of me. So I wait for them to go, and then goinside to find four employees, all with drive-through headsets on. Come on, guys! 4 employees and one car? This place needs help! I order a drink and toasted bagel. Was given the wrong drink and the bagel was completely forgotten, I... had to ask for it. Once received, I would hardly say it had been toasted, it was slightly warm.
