This is literally the slowest coffee shop I've ever been to. I've tried drive thru, walk-in, and even mobile orders. Every time... it's been over 30 minutes just to get a drink. I'm never there during peak hours, so I can only imagine the wait times firstthing in the morning... I will never be back and will continue to drive directly by to the Drew Street location. Read more
This place is the worst Dunkin in that location, 1832 N Highland Ave. The girls that works there doesn?t smile at all. They?re... not polite either. They gave me the wrong breakfast sandwich that I didn?t ask for & they took my money twice from my debitcard. So be aware of all that! They had a great event for the kids today! Yesterday and today they let kids come and decorate a donut for free. They gave them... colored frosting and sprinkles with their donuts. Plus a little goodie bag! Bubbles and stickers! Great fun activity for thekiddos that is free for the win!!!! We enjoyed some coffee and cocoa(kiddo liked it) as well. The new management is definitelymaking changes! The staff seems happier. The orders are correct too. It use to be hit or miss previously! Thank you so much forthe event. Decided to go the other way for my morning route and came access a closer dunkin to my house. Walked in with a line but the... service was so fast I had my piping hot food and blended frozen coffee within less than 5 minutes. Kudos ladies and thank youfor your smile and hard work! I LOVE Dunkin, but NOT this location.. It's really a shame I have to drive out of my neighborhood to a different Dunkin. This... location really needs to be retrained on their products and CUSTOMER SERVICE. My coffee never taste the same and after sittingin line for 12 minutes on Sunday they actually handed me this BURNT stuffed croissant which should've been thrown in the trash.Also, kids would like to have frosting on their frosted doughnut, so DON'T put them in the bag upside down. Went there for a chicken croissant and a sweet tea. The sweet tea tasted like it had cleaning product in it and the chicken... patty was cold in the middle. Both items ended up in the trash. I haven't been to this location in a while, maybe I just gotunlucky Read more
