Drive thru staff needs more customer service training?we placed a mobile order for the drive thru. When we pulled up and gave... our information we were told to pull around. Once at the window, the young lady said ?we just got that order 45 seconds ago sonext time you need to wait like 5 mins before you pull up because if another car comes behind you, I?m going to make you moveout of the way?. What?s the difference as to when we place the order?? If we pulled up and ordered at the window, you still haveto make the order! She was very rude and unprofessional. Originally I gave them 3 stars. The manager did reach out and spoke to me about the issues. Based on that and previous good... experience I wanted to increase to 4 stars, and give the benefit of the doubt that this was an unusual occurrence. **Originalreview** Ordered two breakfast sandwiches with the hash brown bagels. One was supposed to be cut thin (didn't know it was anoption until I saw it in the app so decided to give it a try) and the other was cut normal but they were exactly the same. Topof the bagels was very soft, almost mushy but in not sure of that's just because of the type of bagel or not. Bacon was verysoft, but I didn't specify crispy (not even sure if you can). Overall it wasn't bad but it wasn't great, particularly for theprice. I have definitely enjoyed lunch sandwiches in the past far more than these breakfast sandwiches. Read more
I believe it?s pretty ridiculous that I have tried to order the Chocolate party bagel 5 times in the last two weeks and every... time you guys are ?sold out for the day? just barely into being open. When I know for a fact all you have to do is put ittogether like you do any other bagel you sell, a kind women who works there made a few for me one day on the spot because it?sthat simple of a task.
