Went to this Starbucks, they were completely unprofessional, they could not find any of their merchandise or gift cards. My... coffee was made completely incorrectly and as she gave me the coffee I told the girl that works there with pink hair that Ineeded a new one after waiting from start to finish almost 20 minutes with no line. She then says you have to go get back inline so we can fix it. I then asked her where my water was and she stated that when I get back in line to get my coffee fixedthat she messed up they would then put into the computer that I needed a water to keep inventory of their cups. Literally the worst customer service! I ordered a lemon loaf and a coffee, received the loaf and it was smushed and broken up... into pieces, I then go back inside to show them and ask if I can please have a replacement and Natasha (I believe her name was)was extremely rude and handed me another loaf didn?t even take it out of the package, no apology or anything. I then tried tohand her the first loaf which was in a bag and she looked at me with disgust saying I?m Not taking that from you! You candisregard it yourself! 3 stars because even though they manage to do my drink right the vibe of starbucks is starting to match all drive thru vibes of... other fast food joints, no more "good morning, how may I help you?" friendly vibe... just plain old "what can I get you?" lol Read more
Ordered online went through the drive thru to pick up at the window and they told me ?drive back through the drive thru and let... us know you?re here so we have time to make it. It takes 10 minutes? word for word. I was in shock I didn?t even say anythingback. It takes 60 seconds from ordering through the intercom to the window to receive the drink. What?s the difference? Howcould it take 10 mins to make 1 drink? It was ONE drink. And there was no one else in the drive thru behind me. I was the onlyone there. Everyone was rude and condescending.
