Every single time I call, service on the phone is terrible, they always speak like they?re in a rush, they barely give you time... to answer their questions and they talk to you like they?re doing you a favor. This lady said they didn?t deliver in my areaeven when I have ordered a few times before. I had to come to their shop to pick up my order. Worst service ever!! This locationis the worst. We order here all the time. Typically the pizza is great. On this last occasion, it was a Saturday night. We were doing family... outings and decided to order ahead for pizza for dinner. We got there and the kid gave us the pizza and said it was on thehouse. My nephew didn't think anything of it, gave his gratitude and left. Little did we know until we got home with 3 hungrytoddlers, it was on the house because it was burnt to a crisp. I honestly could give two flying ducks if was on the house. Idon't mind paying full price. I wish he would've given us a heads up by calling and letting us know or even when we got there.Perhaps we could've changed dinner plans. Perhaps we could've waited for a new pizza. Instead we came home and had nothing toeat and still had to scramble to make something for the kids. REALLY unprofessional.
