Every single time I call, service on the phone is terrible, they always speak like they?re in a rush, they barely give you time... to answer their questions and they talk to you like they?re doing you a favor. This lady said they didn?t deliver in my areaeven when I have ordered a few times before. I had to come to their shop to pick up my order. Worst service ever!! This locationis the worst. Raw dough!! That is not safe to eat. They put out an unsafe food item and basically told me to kick rocks. The manager's... solution was for me to drive it back to them and wait for a new one. No refund possible, even if I drove it all the way back tothem. Read more
We got pizza that looked like it been made on premade pie from the pizza section in Publics that hanging on the wall ! Even... worse! Topping was only in the center and a crust not cooked at all ! White with a fork holes ! I made pictures . It was to lateto reorder so I frayed that pizza in the skillet just to be able to eat it! When I call the manager said that maybe they didn?tput it in the oven right way! We order here all the time. Typically the pizza is great. On this last occasion, it was a Saturday night. We were doing family... outings and decided to order ahead for pizza for dinner. We got there and the kid gave us the pizza and said it was on thehouse. My nephew didn't think anything of it, gave his gratitude and left. Little did we know until we got home with 3 hungrytoddlers, it was on the house because it was burnt to a crisp. I honestly could give two flying ducks if was on the house. Idon't mind paying full price. I wish he would've given us a heads up by calling and letting us know or even when we got there.Perhaps we could've changed dinner plans. Perhaps we could've waited for a new pizza. Instead we came home and had nothing toeat and still had to scramble to make something for the kids. REALLY unprofessional.
