First time there and for $34 You have Fresh oysters Shrimp carving station like with roast beef ham also there's a sushi... station breakfast like scrambled eggs bacon sausage they had shrimp and grits They also had crapes also lox in bagel. Also hadan omelet station dessert station. So plenty of food for sure I'll they will give you a complimentary one glass of champagne ora mamosa. Read more

We love to boat to Island Way Grill it's really the best way to get here period as we hate beach bridge traffic. Last night 5... of my friends and I did a 2 hour Sunset tour with A Boat Day (amazing) and then were dropped off at Island Way Grill for a fabdinner. The restaurant has a nice dock and a gorgeous outdoor patio with tables and a full bar and fans! It was super hot sowe opted to sit inside. We walked though the restaurant and the amazing smells wood fire cooking hit us hard....yum! Theyhave some nice displays of their dessert, meat and seafood offerings too. The host team greeted us and we were satimmediately. The restaurant is so gorgeous and high end, there is just one issue I am hit hard with every time I come and thatis the acoustics! It's a bit loud for my tastes and it makes it hard to carry a conversation. The waitress came right over andgreeted our group. We all ordered some fancy specialty drinks while we attempted to digest the many menus and offerings. Specials, Sushi, Dinner and Drinks all looked good, it was soooooo hard to pick and a few of us decided to share! I ordered adelicious and artfully presented Wedge salad as well my neighbor got a gorgeous House salad. My main was a half of a FishSpecial with Risotto, which was very good and rich. No regrets! The seafood was very fresh and excellently prepared. The staff was attentive and friendly. PS- I've never liked... créme brûlée until I had it here. A very satisfying crack of the caramelized sugar top and warm smooth custard inside- veryrich. The atmosphere is peaceful. Side note I saw dolphins in the water beside the restaurant. Read more
We had a reservation for dinner and seated outside. The outside seating area was really nice and had nice view. The... complimentary rolls and olive oil dip were delicious. We ordered sweet and spicy cauliflower for appetizer and it was delicious.It tastes like bang bang shrimp. The crunchiness and sauce were just perfect. For entree we ordered the sous vide pork to shareand our friends ordered some sushi. The pork was tender and flavorful but I didn’t really care about the red sauce that camewith it (my husband liked it though). My friends said they enjoyed their sushi. We also had red sangria that was really good.Our server was very kind and attentive. Overall we had a great experience and I would come back again and try a different dish. Read more
First time visiting here last night and it exceeded all expectations! It was a wonderful experience overall. It was definitely... cold outside, but we chose to sit outside anyway because of the view. The restaurant had heating stands throughout the seatedarea that helped a little keeping warm. Not much, just a little ???? Anywho, Sylvia (our waitress) has to be the sweetest humanbeing alive. She really rounded out the experience for us. The food was great! I had the Stuffed Sea Bass with the White Cheddarmac & cheese on the side. My girlfriend had the Lobster and Shrimp Sautee. We had a small wedding reception/dinner at the Island Way Grille Sat evening. It was an intimate group of 25 family and friends.... It was FABULOUS!! We had our event on the Upper Tiki deck just after sunset. Perfect weather! Working with Amber was amazing shetook all the stress out of the planning. The staff that evening were very attentive and their service top notch! The food thatwe selected from was so delicious and reasonably priced compared to the hotels we had looked at for the reception dinner. Theywere very accommodating with set up, decor, and working with us on the cake etc. if you are looking for a great event venue Ihighly recommend Island Way Grille you will not be disappointed!
