Great combo of KFC + Taco Bell menus are available here. KFC is my one of my favorite "fast" food bc I love grilled chicken and... more fast food restaurants than ever only serve fried chicken - yuk! KFC's grilled chicken sandwich is great, 2nd only toChick-fil-a's grilled chicken sandwich. And luv their sides too like coleslaw & mashed potatoes w gravy. Mmmm! Disappointingupdate fellow gastronouts. Good news is the lobby at this location was closed for weeks but is now reopened, yay! Bad news isthe girl who took my order today (9/23/22) said KFC no longer does grilled chicken. Wait, what? A chicken restaurant and theydon't offer any grilled chicken... It makes no sense to me they don't offer a healthy option beside original recipe or extracrispy chicken. I'm truly disappointed. This is the 2nd large chain restaurant I recently found out they don't do grilledchicken anymore (1st was Macdonald's in past month). Without a healthy, grilled chicken @KFC, I guess Chick-fil-a has become myonly preferred option for any grilled chicken etc. KFC still has great side dishes, + a Taco Bell at same location, so we stillhav some dining options. This was the absolute worst KFC I've ever visited. Avoid it at all costs. I repeat, don't eat here. The late night customer... service was the absolute worst I've ever experienced. The drive through is a single lane, so if you change you mind and want toleave your stuck. The only was out is to back out of the drive through lane. I wanted twenty minutes behind two cars neither ofwhich ever moved before I finally decided to back out. There was a foul odor in the parking lot/garbage area and vermine werepresent as well. I would give the place no stars, but 1 in as low as I could go. In addition, the signage said the clsr at 11pm. I arrived at 9:50 pm and I was repeatedly told they were "closed." Although cars were waiting for their pickup orders andsignage said 11 pm. When I asked for an explanation I was told "we've been closing at 10 pm for two months now." When Irecommended that they adjust their signage I was dismissively told to "have a good night." THEN I couldn't get out for twentyminutes because of the poor drive thru design. What a horror, the place and the people. Zero stars Update: The next daymanagement responded and confirmed this place is mismanaged. They said they're sorry I was disappointed with their service"during they're busiest time." (an obvious attempt to save face.) As my review says, staff claimed the establishment wasCLOSED, not busy. The owner doesn't seem to know what time the employees "close" the restaurant each night. While attempting toexplain the difference between the closing time stated on Google and the restaurant signage and the time they were closing, thediscourteous drive through worker told me. "we are not responsible for anything on Google." That, of course is a lie. They'reGoogle Maps entry notes that their closing time of 11:00 was "confirmed by the owner 1 week ago." Store was clean. Took my order quickly. Manager, Brian, was very helpful.
I had a missing item from order, and wasn?t given a receipt. The order was taken because the employee on the headset repeated... the order in the drive thru. It?s a poor experience anytime when you purchased something and didn?t receive it. As I noticed themissing item it would?ve been another inconvenience to go into the store. Read more
