The older gentleman in the payment window was very nice and helpful. Which I appreciate. But, the girl that took my order over... the speaker and handed it to me was abysmal. I tried to order 2 bundle breakfasts. She flashed one bundle on the screen. Thenshe wouldn't respond when I said it's two. Cars were piling up behind me as I waited for her response...to no avail. So I pulledup to the next speaker. And someone else responded and changed it to 2 bundles. I pull around to the 1st window pay the nicegentleman. Then to the last window to receive my order. As she hands it to me I ask for a handful of ketchup and a couplesalts. I'm waiting and waiting and waiting...she doesn't acknowledge me or help me. After a couple minutes, and cars piling up,she grabs the order of the person in back of me and starts to hand it to me. I said no I'm waiting for the ketchup and salt. Soshe hands me ...I kid not ..a handful of SALT and a couple ketchups.???? I said, please more ketchups. But she turned around. Ithought...I could wait more for more ketchup. I visited this restaurant and placed an order in app. I ordered two double cheeseburgers and what I got for two single... hamburgers delivered to my table. I went back to complain but there were probably 20 people in line ahead of me. I am so disgusted with this particular store. I asked the woman to make sure the fries were full as the last couple times they... were seriously skimpy.
