The older gentleman in the payment window was very nice and helpful. Which I appreciate. But, the girl that took my order over... the speaker and handed it to me was abysmal. I tried to order 2 bundle breakfasts. She flashed one bundle on the screen. Thenshe wouldn't respond when I said it's two. Cars were piling up behind me as I waited for her response...to no avail. So I pulledup to the next speaker. And someone else responded and changed it to 2 bundles. I pull around to the 1st window pay the nicegentleman. Then to the last window to receive my order. As she hands it to me I ask for a handful of ketchup and a couplesalts. I'm waiting and waiting and waiting...she doesn't acknowledge me or help me. After a couple minutes, and cars piling up,she grabs the order of the person in back of me and starts to hand it to me. I said no I'm waiting for the ketchup and salt. Soshe hands me ...I kid not ..a handful of SALT and a couple ketchups.???? I said, please more ketchups. But she turned around. Ithought...I could wait more for more ketchup. I visited this restaurant and placed an order in app. I ordered two double cheeseburgers and what I got for two single... hamburgers delivered to my table. I went back to complain but there were probably 20 people in line ahead of me. Today 10:40am on 09/30 per manager, no one is allowed to order "speciality" requests or order anything without. Such as if... customer orders "no onions", they are refusing to honor that request and everyone is getting everything as it comes. Per managershes "not doing this today". Some customers have allergies and cannot ear certain things, it's not hard to just not putsomething on a burger when ordered that way. I don't understand why your manager is refusing to allow those request by customerswho are paying for their meals. Read more
Worst experience of my life at a McDonald?s. We order a sandwich and they give us the wrong one and make us pay for a whole... different one. Made us pay for a mistake they made. We also had to wait for a sandwich that they left out our receipt. Waitedabout 20 min. The lady taking orders couldn?t have been more rude about the problems we were having and assumed we were going totake food off of the counter that we didn?t order. Do not order from this location! The services were fast the line to order went swiftly. The parking lot was well lit clear and well maintained . The food was... good and at its regular prices. The attendant was polite and our food came out nice and hot. WE ALL GOT EXACTLY WHAT QE ORDEREDNO DELAYS. great job guys. Read more
I am so disgusted with this particular store. I asked the woman to make sure the fries were full as the last couple times they... were seriously skimpy.
