One star is way too much for this place. Management needs to find workers with more common sense. This morning my daughter went... inside to order a coffee and was called out by an employee and laughed at because of her hair. He yelled out to all who couldhear him, "Hey look everyone, it's Mickey Mouse!" And of course the low life employees all laughed -nobody stood up for her. She was so embarrassed. I feel they all need to go! Not long after her father went back in with her but the man who yelledthis was on break. The manager should have gotten him from his break to apologize to her. In my opinion, the manager needs togo as well for not taking this seriously. I'm disgusted with this place and these people. They all should be ashamed ofthemselves. Update 9/25: Thank you to the regional manager, Jordan for calling us the next day to apologize and let us know howthe situation was handled with the employees involved. I stopped in tonight around 7:45 on Friday night with my Five month old son. It was a little busy in the Drive-Thru which I... understand, I stood there in front without being greeted or anything for about 7 minutes until I asked the woman working behindthe counter if anyone is working the front register. She rudely replied with an attitude, 'you're going to have to wait'. I saidthat's fine, I am just trying to make sure someone is working the front so I don't just stand here for nothing. She mutteredsomething and said you can wait. About 8 minutes later she came up and said 'what do you want.' No apology, no smile, justignorance. All I came there for was a soda, not disrespect. I sadly came to find out that that was the manager on duty. I'veworked in customer service for over 15 years and I know anywhere I've worked that would not be accepted. I sadly go to thatMcDonald's a lot but will not be returning. The woman was tall and African-American, I was not able to catch her name, I did notsee a name tag. People never know what others are going through, so they should at least be kind. It's very sad people can showpure ignorance for no reason at all. Read more

6/9/22 - Went for a quick lunch and the service was great. Place a special order of a double quarter pounder with cheese and... lettuce but made as a Big Mac. It was fantastic and double quarter pound Big Mac should be a regular menu item! Read more

The place was empty, I was having an issue with the app but there was a very young girl that even thought I tried to get her... attention she would not turn her face to me to acknowledge me at all. When the manager (I believe a young man) went by help me)help me out then refer to this young woman & for a moment I thought she was mute or something because I was asking her question& she just stood there & stared at me ???? . So the young man went by again & I told him she would not take my order so he did.Then a funny thing happened. A young girl about her same age asked her for a job application & she was all about.
