I stopped at this location several times a month it's on the way to my mother's and on the way back I often stop here to get not... full meals but snacks and drinks. Recently I have not been going there as much because they raised their prices and I would geta large unsweetened iced tea for a dollar and now it's a $1.89 so it went up 89% for a tea with not even any sweetener in itwhich is got to be the cheapest thing that they have in the whole store so that's upset me a bit and I like I said don't go asoften. I can't see how that made it worth it for them because if I would have gone for the tea I probably would have gotten anice cream or a french fry but now I just go there less and they can keep their two Penny tea for a $1.89 do I sound a bit bitterI guess I am because that's just greed it certainly doesn't cost them any more to make the tea I can understand that it mightcost them more to make soft drink products because they're charged for that they're charged for the name and their charged forthe product and the shipping and all but when it comes to iced tea no nothing's changed so that huge almost double price iscrazy. I haven't been inside the location for a while but the inside is very nice and modern they have remodeled it and it isn'tinside atmosphere that is nice but 99% of the time I'm going through the drive-thru they are quick and the people are very nice. The service at this place in the afternoon, evening & weekends is absolutely horrible. No one ever answer the speaker, you have... to drive to the window, takes a while for someone to come up, they are not pleasant & food is always cold! The morning crew isa bit better, they answer the speaker right away, have the food ready & they actually thank you?.sometimes. Read more
It would be nice if they would actually cook the bacon and I didn't have to ask for well done bacon every morning if I don't ask... for it well done it looks like it was never cooked and sometimes the bread is hard like it was stale before they toasted it andthe hash browns kind of taste saturated and grease. I get McDonald's every day for breakfast and the quality of the food isstarting to get worse and worse and I have to wait in a line and then when I get to the second window they tell me to pull up tothe third window everyday I spend a good$70 a week easy. I just don't understand when somebody comes there every day for thesame thing in the morning at the same time why they can't just make some bacon that's a little more well done. And the muffinit's like it's set out overnight and then they just toasted it and it's hard. The McDonald's on Gulf to Bay and Keene is theworst McDonald's I've ever ate at in my life and it's like a couple streets down from me so I go to the one on Belcher by BelAir road in Clearwater the food is a little better but I have to wait because they don't have any bacon that is cooked properly. Last time I went the lady taking my order was very rude. I explained what I wanted literally a hamburger only mustard and... onions. She didn't understand so I kept explaining what I didn't want. Then she let out a annoyed sigh and said I need to stoptelling her what I don't want and need to tell her what I do want, which I told her is what I said in the first place. Then whenI got to the window a guy was there to take my payment I assumed she didn't want to deal with me and he was nasty to me becauseI didn't tell them I had a barcode coupon at the order box. Everytime I come they tell me just tell us at the window so when Ido they get nasty that I did. I wasn't rude, never yelled or raised my voice. Maybe they just had a bad day but there is no needto be rude to someone when they told you what they wanted in the first place. Read more
Every time I come here they skimp me on the fries. You work for a multi billion dollar corporation. If someone orders a medium,... give them what they paid for. My medium seems to always be a small at this location. It is very annoying Read more
Spicy chicken sandwich was old and cold my nuggets where cold at least I had hot fries to go with all my cold old food, it's... usually good but I guess you have to keep old food to cut food cost I know I work at Wendy's at least we get rid old driedchicken. Read more
The night guys here should (will) be fired. They purposefully mess up orders all the time and laugh about it to each other. Give... you less than you order and over charge; actual THEFT. Miserable, jealous people. Going to test them one more time, then I?mgoing to corporate. They will be applying to Wendy?s if I/my connections have anything to do with it. Read more
