I never leave a complaint, but I ordered my pizza about an hour before the location closed...not only did it arrive 30+ min... later than the scheduled delivery time, it was cold and the pizza itself looked thrown together. Not the way to do business. Read more
There have been multiple occasions I went to pick-up pies at this location, and the employees couldn't be bothered to take out... their earbuds or even acknowledge my presence in the store. More than one occasion of just standing in front of the register formore than 5 mins, looking at my pies dying in the warming oven, whilst the employees just engaged in casual banter back andforth. The pizzas were cooked fine. The order was accurate and tasty. I wasn't happy that all four pizzas weren't cut into slices.... There was an obvious indentation where there was an attempt to cut the pizza. Just no slices were actually cut all the waythrough the crust. Luckily I have a pizza cutter and was able slice them myself. Hopefully next time the employee that in chargeof slicing will take the time to ensure it's actually sliced. Read more
The pizza order was perfectly executed, delivery was quick, and it was the best pizza I've enjoyed in a very long time.
We normally have a really good experience ordering delivery from here, it?s usually our go-to on the weekends, however, we will... not be ordering from here anymore. The gentleman on the phone told me it would be 20-30 minutes ETA? a whole hour had passedand I called back and a gentleman on the phone informed me that he was short staffed and that my pizza was in the oven and toldme he was going to give me a better ETA then hung the phone up and when I tried to call back to cancel my order and get myrefund he did not answer. Super disappointing in the quality of pizza huts pizzas they are not the same anymore. The quality from taste to quantity was... horrible. The last few times I ordered from them was the same I just thought it was that specific pizza hut. No it's all around.The amount of cheese in the stuffed crust is ridiculous. It's not stuffed. However I am not sure if we will use pizza hut afterthis last experience and they forgot our garlic sauce we ordered. They were out of large boxes so our pizza came in two mediumboxes cut in half. The pizza had very little sauce, the crust was very dry and full of huge bubbles and the very few toppings were placed in the... center only. Pizza hut has always been our favorite for our family. The location on 2519 Mcmullen Booth Rd.#501 in Clearwater,FLis not making pizzas like they used to be. The last 4 times we have had dry and poorly made pizzas. Yesterday , when I placed myorder, I expressed my concerns. Sadly, I received the same louzy made pizzas again. I took them back and asked the front deskgentleman: "Would you eat this?" Troy, who answered your phone tonight 10/13/22 was friendly, helpful, and polite. He is absolutely, an asset to your... establishment. However, I don't even really know what to say about the Detroit Pizza that we ordered. I mean, it's pizza, so itstill tasted ok; but whoever made this should be ashamed of themselves and should really be made to attend all grades of pizzaschool over again for both punishment and educational purposes.
