Whoever was at the drive through today should be fired. They had a multi order lady in front of me who took 5+ minutes to order... while I patiently waited. When I pulled up to the intercom he told me he'll be right back with me. A few minutes pass, I'm nottoo bothered like I said large order in front of me and after another few minutes now I'm getting impatient. Then the two carsbehind me drive around me one giving me the stank eye of a lifetime and pull up to the drive through window. I hear the guytaking their order then he asks me if I'm ready. I new what I wanted when I pulled up 10 or so minutes ago. I've never had sucha bewildering experience from a drive through in my life and that should say a lot. I will 100% not eat at this Popeyes again.That is completely unacceptable. Read more
Honestly not a great experience in the past 3 times I have gone. I have waited to write this review but it does not get... better. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with mac and cheese - no mac (which is normal for this location). Settled with friesthat were limp and soggy. I understand though because it was the lunch hour so probably made a large batch. Tried my sandwichand it was not spicy and the chicken was so small it did not cover the bun. Mediocre experience at best. The main reason I gaveit 3 stars is because the staff was super friendly and wonderful! Read more
Food was amazing. I cannot believe how good their chicken tastes considering it's "fast food" we both had the classic chicken... sandwitch combo. The breading/seasoning on this chicken is full of flavor- tastes like home cooking. The staff was very pleasantand courteous which is hard to find these days! :) Read more
The service was prompt and pleasant. The food was hot and the red beans and rice great. The chicken breast nuggets were not... overly fresh but they were not dry at least, BUT.. they had no napkins, eating chicken with my hands and not having a singlenapkin? You've got to be kidding me. I went through the drive thru and the worker had me pull into a parking spot to wait for my food which they said would take 6... minutes. After waiting in the parking spot for nearly 25 minutes and realizing other people were being helped, I had to goinside and remind them of my order. I realized once I got back into my car that some items were missing but I didn?t feel likewaiting another 20 minutes. The food is good but service is not worth it. Read more
Waited in a line with 3 cars ahead of me, I get to the speaker only to hear hold on a minute. I waited for just a few minutes, ... I ordered a Classic Chicken Sandwich......I was then told we don't have any Chicken sandwiches at this time????? Seriously? Howcan a business that sells chicken not have chicken available AT LUNCH TIME? I don't normally take time to leave poor feedback Iusually just deal with it but REALLY? Popeyes is not located near us but decided to take a drive for the new blackened chicken. Glad we did! I usually get Spicy... chicken so we got one Spicy and one blackened for us to share. We both liked Popeyes Blackened chicken Best. Shantel and Tabathawere observed with great patience and passion as they interviewed a young man for a meaningful position working at the MissouriPopeyes location.
