Where do I start. 1)It took 44 minutes to get my food. 2)I ordered a Hummus Wrap, which is expected to contain no meat. Low and... behold, it's full of chicken. 3)I ordered a Caribbean Jerk Wrap and it was sloppily oozing out of the wrapping paper What awaste. DONE with this place. Such a healthy option but nope. *I sent an email to the manager of the facility, Danielle Thomas,explaining the situation and how poorly the manager handled it as well. Yummy food (and smoothies duh) horrrrribleeeee wait time, we come here a lot and it takes so long to get your food the wait line... takes so long like over 5-20min. Their food tastes good though. I personally am not a fan of the wraps but overall good food. Read more

I have recently discovered this wonderful place. I love the smoothies. Today I decided to branch out and order food. I chose the... avocado grilled cheese. I couldn't wait to get home and try it. I wonder how it would taste if the avocado was on it. Read more
9/2021 - I've been to other Tropical Smoothies and never had an issue until I started coming to this location. Biting into one... of these leaves an extremely disgusting taste. This is twice now. Please fix this issue. 6/6/2022 Update: been going back andhave not had further issues. 6/14/2022 - Previously, I had the peanut butter pita crunch and it was great. This time, the pitawas stale and tough and very difficult to bite or eat. Ended up throwing it away. Where was the peanut butter? :( Read more
Worst tropical smoothie location there is. Every time I?m there I have to wait 10 minutes to get my entire order. Once again... today I waited 10 minutes for my order and the whole time it was sitting there but no one was even paying attention to bring itto the window. The staff doesn?t ever care or at least everyone I deal with in the drive thru. At the very least you can saysorry for the wait or your food will be up soon when you know it?s taking a while. Then when I actually get it it?s luke warmand no napkins. ???? Once again came back 10/10/21 waited forever in the drive thru get our food and the wrap doesn?t even haveall the ingredients. Tropical Smoothie is one of my favorite restaurant chains, overall. I just love a good smoothie and sandwich, and so it... obviously makes sense my love for this place. But, in different areas and states the quality of a Tropical can reallyrange. This Tropical in Clearwater is very appealing because it also has a drive thru. That?s uncommon in most Tropicals butvery convenient. It was a bit slow when I used it, there were several cars ahead of me but overall not awful wait time. I getthe same thing at Tropical mostly every time unless I feel like changing it up- the mocha madness smoothie and chipotle chickenclub. The smoothie was a little disappointing- it didn?t taste quite as good as usual and there were a lot of big ice chunks,like it wasn?t blended quite enough. But, the flatbread was fantastic! One of the best I?ve had from Tropical in awhile sotherefore there was some good, and some bad in my visit. Read more
