Ever since my son, daughter & grandkids & I moved here from Delaware we have been ordering smoothies at this location! I've... been to many TSC's all around Philadelphia & Delaware and this one is my favorite! The owner and all of the staff are verypolite and they have always had our smoothies ready when we order with the app! I have only eaten here twice. Both orders were missing items. Once it was the sweet potatoes and today it was the cookie. When... calling the store to complain the associate Lexi proceeded to give every excuse why I had missing items from being out of aproduct being very busy or issues with the new people they were training. I mentioned that this would be the last time I wouldeat there she was completely okay with that and when I called the staff incompetent she hung up on me. Management needs to traintheir associates better. It is amazing to me how I paid for something that I never received and haven't even got compensated. AsI said ate their twice. Food is pretty consistently solid. I'm a fan of the smoothies, cubans, and quesadillas. The breakfast wraps are also never a bad... choice. Staff is friendly and easy going. The app tracks points and it doesn't hurt to be surprised by $5 off every now andthen. Read more
I have been to this place many times and this is the first time ever that I have ever got a smoothie with small pieces of... plastic all in it. I dont know what it's from, maybe a glove or bag. I just dont know. But I dont know if I will be going backto this one ever again. I couldnt enjoy my smoothie at all.
