We came late but still during store hours only to find that the lobby was closed. No problem, drive thru is fine. Drive thru was... closed too. Employees were just hanging out outside the restaurant, socializing. Considering they should have been open another2 hours, I am led to assume that they were hanging out on the clock. Read more
Worst place to go for lunch. You could goto Chick-fil-A with double or triple the amount of people ordering and get out of... there in 1/3 the amount of time. Workers looked they couldn't care less about how long everything was taking. It took 37minutes to order and receive my food in the drive through. Read more

Came here around 830ish. I get home 5 mins later, my fries were cold & hard like they sat there for hours. My sons 4pc chicken... was also obviously old & reheated as well. My burger had nasty old wet lettuce & more mayo than any person should eat, the bunwas soggy and stale. I just couldn?t even eat. I spent $14 just to turn around and have to go get food elsewhere. This location was recently remodeled and it was done very well. There are lots of seating options near the fireplace,... traditional fixed table seating, bar-type areas, and within the atrium area. Ordering is through kiosk when you first enter butyou can order in person. Completed orders are displayed on a monitor but it wasn't working at my visit so you had to wait foryour name to be called. The waiting area is a bit cramped and interferes with the line to order. This location features the CokeFreestyle machine which gives hundreds of drink options. The food was very fresh and fries were hot and delicious. Thislocation is busy around lunch and I would recommend the drive through as a good option. Read more
I go there quite frequently for lunch since I work nearby. The Biggie Bag deal is great and all menu items are always very good.... The Issue is that the every single time I am there no matter the time (if the door isn't locked for no apparent reason) I standthere forever without even being acknowledged. Then when you finally do get to order you get asked what's on the item youordered then wait forever again for food. The menu displays and touch screen ordering kiosks haven't been on in two weeks andtoday I wasted my entire lunch break standing and waiting with no acknowledgement and had to return to work with a wasted lunchbreak and no lunch. I would not recommend coming in for lunch at this location. Go somewhere else and actually get to havelunch. Read more
Just went through the drive through here to get my little girl lunch for ?lunch with littles? day up at her daycare. All I have... is Apple Pay right now. They said they can?t accept Apple Pay so I was super bummed. I tried a couple cards that are maxed outand wouldn?t go through. I told them I?m sorry I?ll have to cancel my order. Instead they let me have my food regardless. It?s acts of kindness like this that make our world a better place. My girl will get her special lunch now today with mama. Thanks so much!
