Unfortunately it's the usual poor service and food experience that you find at a lot of Italian restaurants. There just isn't an... "Italian" section of town. The waiter may have been Italian. No, the pasta is not made in house and it's not aldente. It's noton the beach it's right off the bridge. They can probably accommodate large groups. Read more

I love Italian food. My heritage is Sicilian and Northern Italy so being a good cook I am picky. After a long days at the Indy... car races I was craving pasta. I just happened to see Cesare and decided to give it a whirl. The service is top notch andefficient as well as being very friendly. I ordered house made linguine and bolognese. It was perfect. The texture and liquidcontent was spot on. Not too heavy but no water run off. The meat was tender and with the spices and garlic it was a real treat.If you trust an Italian to review an Italian restaurant then try this place. Not especially cheap but worth the splurge. Excellent professional staff, great food, and access to clean bottled water (a must for Florida if visiting from out of state).... Great place for a couple to do dinner with lots of pasta options (seafood, meat, chicken, etc.) Great overall experience! Read more
This place is a gem. We live an hour away and we will now be dining here regularly. Best Italian food we have ever had. Hands... down. True authentic Italian.
