This place should be shut down by the health department. We walked in as a family of four super hungry and ready to eat! While... we were ordering I happened to look over at the pasta sauces... the red sauce was more eof a brown color and because it had beenthere for so long, the sauce had burned to the sides of the hotel pan. A worker from the back brought in fresh pasta and themanager poured it into the same hotel pan. As he was doing so, he tapped the pan on the other and a large piece of blackenedburnt substance fell into the Alfredo sauce. I immediately looked at the pan he was emptying and it was COVERED in layers ofblack baked on food. I immediately asked for our money back. He asked why and I told him. He STIRRED the black peice INTO theAlfredo sauce!!! And stirred the brown (red sauce). It was disgusting. We received our refund and left. Read more
It won't let me give a zero... The last 3 times we have been in the air was either broken or not low at all, when we go out we... don't plan on being so hot we are sweating and red.... the last two times, to top it off, my mom ordered a personal pizza herway , once they made it full size and pit on the buffet ,no big deal if they told her she would have just got a few slices butliterally nothing until we asked where her order was they said o we put it on the buffet like it was no big deal last time theyjust didn't make it at all they said there wasn't time but the buffet wasn't but maybe half stocked with old pizza and crunchydesserts..... Best Cicis we've ever been too! The ladies working there were so nice!!! Excellent customer service! We went right before they... closed, about an hour or so. They made us the pizza we wanted and brought it to our table. It was very good. Salad bar was freshand tasty! ???? Will definitely be back. Read more
Terrible experience!!! All I wanted to do from having a sad day was to eat my sadness away at my house !! We ordered the value... pack since I left my other 3 kids at the house, so I can bring back to them and eat more happily. But the lady at Cicis didn?twant to give the spinach pizza I wanted!! I didn?t want meat!! Supreme or any of that I just wanted spinach pizza and my dessertbut she refused to give us spinach pizza. So now with the money I had I basically forced to dine in to satisfy my craving butnow I didn?t have enough to tAke my other kids something. Which I should of had the right to in the first place to get what Iwant !!!! Read more
The food was good and we got in quickly. We went on a Sub after church and there wasn't really a line, though there were clearly... quite a few people with the same plan. There were plenty of seats available and it wasn't hard to find parking. Read more
I'm sorry, but there is no excuse for how dirty this place is. The plates were all slimy. The ranch had gone bad. The bowls had... some kind of wet milky gunk in them. The fountain drinks tasted funny, by the looks of the place, it is probably because theyare also dirty. The tables and seats were dirty. Basically, this is the filthiest restaurant I've ever witnessed with my owneyes. Please do better so people don't get sick. Read more
This was the first time since covid began we have been here. It appeared they had new management and they were hustling well.... Everything was good and the place was cleaner than when we used to come here before. Update May 10, 2022 It's been a whilesince we last were here and everything seems to have changed. One important thing about Cici's we have always enjoyed is howwhen you walk in, someone always says "welcome to Cici's!" We didn't get that and it wasn't busy. There was a completely newstaff and management team. Understandable what with the pandemic and all. They seemed to be friendly enough. The price for 2seniors used to be $12.00 but is now $16.00...again understandable with inflation and such. I think the biggest disappointmentcame from my husband. He usually loves eating there but this time he had only breadsticks. All the pizzas were either BBQ,alfredo, pineapple, or some other weird combination and he won't eat them. Even the marina sauce he dips his breadsticks intowas cold. Whatever happened to making just plain 'Ole cheese or sausage or pepperoni pizzas? When I saw what my choices were, Iordered mine special so I, on the other hand, was very pleased with my deep dish with sausage, onion, black olives, and mushroompizza. My salad was fresh as well. I didn't like it everything was cold. I ordered a Taco pizza and it was barely warm with no tomatoes. Then I ordered a veggie... pizza with no onions or black olives, with tomatoes green pepper and mushroom and all those items were on it but not tomatoes.It was hot but the vegetables wasn't cook. I know they used to cook them. Anyway the place is nothing like years ago. I ate asalad but they got rid of the French dressing that I really liked. I didn't leave there full, but I did leave there dissatisfiedfor sure. Update: Everything has been made right. Will be receiving coupons for 5 buffets and drinks. I really appreciate it.And I will continue to eat here. It's feels nice to know that as a customer that I was treated right and that I wasn't to blameas I was at another local restaurant.
