If I could have given zero stars, I would have. We have ordered to-go through delivery apps several times and it is horrendous... every time. Today was a prime example. We ordered a kids meal with two fruit cups, a tea, and the obligatory cookie. The fruitcup (I'm very loosely using this term; see the image attached) was a single strawberry cut into pieces. We did not receive thetea or cookie. The garlic toast was stale. We also ordered the bbq Brisket tacos and did not receive the chips, salsa, orguacamole. Basically half of our nearly twenty dollar order did not arrive. The quality control at this location isnon-existent. I do not recommend ordering to-go from this location. The food was fresh and hot! My chicken fried steak was absolutely delicious. Our server Angel was awesome. She was very... friendly and stayed on top of our needs. I was very impressed by her service and hope to have her again on my next visit! Read more
Waitress was super nice and cutely dressed, but that don't get you a big tip from me...holy wow this girl could NOT do anything... right... poor thing, she asked what we wanted, we told her our drinks and when she came back,she asked if we wanted appetizersand we ordered that... then she said I'll be right back. We picked what we wanted and closed or menu... and waited and waitedand waited... I'll be right back kinda means one or two minutes or even seeing or menus closed... but 27 minutes? Really?...when she finally came back she took our order and we played the waiting game again... I can understand if the restaurant is fullit will take a bit... but there was just a few tables occupied... 35 minutes later my man gets up because he thought he sawthem put his plate at the pick up window, then he heard them laughing and joking around in the back area. Yup, it was his plate,and it was just sitting up for 14 mins ... we asked for the manager and she was just as useless as or waiter... Don't even worryabout it she says... we didn't get our meal and they didn't get paid for the little they fed us... super disappointed... Read more
We ate at Cotton Patch last night which was a Wednesday. We waited 15 minutes for waitress to get drink order another 15 for... the straws. We ordered Texas size Mushrooms which we never got. Waitress came back took our order a half hour later anotherhalf our to get food. She gave me the wrong salad and was rude about taking it back. Never came back and seen if we needed a drink refill. After a half hour or so and my family had all finished their meals I told the rude waitress to forget the saladand give me the bill. Again she was rude. We eat their all the time but I a sure you it will be awhile before I go back. If youreally want the great experience of eating at Cotton Patch go to Burleson or Fort Worth. Went to lunch with some friends and enjoyed the atmosphere and the conversation we all had. Waitress was attentive and food was... good. I got the chicken fried steak on the lunch menu. A friend ordered some fried green tomatoes and they were delicious. Read more

First off the menu doesn't have any prices on it at all except if you want to add anything to your plate, which is kinda... sketchy.. they have a sign on the table letting you know that due to covid and shortage of staff they will be adding $5surcharge to your ticket. The waitress we had wasn't the best, didn't pay attention to the smallest details which tells you shewasn't listening. The Turkey club sandwich I ordered, turkey was very overwhelmingly salty while the tomato basil soup was verytasty. Read more
Pleasantly surprised ????, I thought it was just another chain. They've been around since the late 1980's. Tim our server was... awesome. He was very attentive to our party of 7 woman. Everyone enjoyed their meal. I order Chicken Dumpling soup and rolls...yummy! Fresh rolls with butter ???? ????. The restaurant was well kept up, food was great ????, service was great... I'ddefinitely be back with family give a dessert and coffee a try next time. Read more
