Delicious food. Number one for Blueberry pancakes ???? ????. Our waitress was SLAMMED!! I think she was flying solo, maybe one... other waitress and it was crazy busy. With all that she did her job with a smile and Great customer service. Read more
One star is too many. Worst ihop I have ever been too. Never bring food out to curbside pickup so don?t waste your time ordering... it that way. Always have to go inside after waiting 20 plus minutes. No one ever answers the phone. The staff are alwaysclueless. Apparently can NEVER see your order. So your order isn?t started till you show them your email proof of placing it andThen they start it. So wait another 30 minutes cause they either don?t have a chef or they only have one working. Place isliterally NEVER busy. So no idea what the staff are doing. Besides walking around with our shoes on. Place is always filthy sotheir not cleaning. So no idea. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Drive 30 minutes away and go to Burleson ihop. Thisplace should be shut down. Just read the other negative comments. Also good luck getting a refund Waited an additional 20minutes to be told to come back tomorrow for a refund. Read more
The staff was great!! Everyone who helped were friendly. The service was slow though. It wasnt really an issue for me as I... didn't have anything to do later but chores. I'm pretty sure they're short handed but that's no excuse for the cleanliness. Itwasn't dirty dirty but there was food under my table, which I dont even think the table was clean. The food was great.
