Very slow. I waited5 minutes after the appestimated my order would be ready to go into the restaurant. After waiting another 5... minutes inside,without being acknowledged, I watched the employee construct my sandwich. He didn't put all ingredients on thesandwich. I asked if he had put avocado on the sandwich. He said he did. I checked my sandwich before leaving and it had noavocado. When told it had no avocado, he shrugged and continued to make the next order. The drive thru/counter employee gave meavocado in a container. When I got back to work, I noticed the avocado was mostly black. Ugh! Never again! Read more
Have always enjoyed going there but this time the sandwich just wasn't good.
The food is great tasting, but when I went here they were out of apples for my salad. I said that was okay, I'd still take it.... But, when I got home I looked at my salad and it was only a couple bites worth of salad. It was hardly anything at all!Especially when they were shy on ingredients to only put a couple bites worth felt a little off brand. They were nice though andthe food tasted good. Read more
I am very disappointed. I had to wait over 15 minutes to get my food which I am not upset with. My salad came with no utensils... and my sandwich was not even completely wrapped. Took a picture so you can see the reason for the disappointment. (How it was inthe bag. The wrapper didn?t even keep the sandwich together.) Please do better next time???? Read more
I had the Original and it was great. The bread was warm and fresh and all the meat and veggies tasted fresh too. Service was... great. My order was taken promptly, the food came out in a reasonable amount of time and the manager stopped by my table tomake sure I was taken care of. Overall it was a great fast casual lunch. Read more
Not the place to stop if you want food in a reasonable amount of time. Men's room hasn't been cleaned in a long while. After... waiting 20 minutes I checked on our order. The girls were hanging out and said that they didn't hear the printer. No lemons, nofruit, no condiment bar, very limited soda choices. Plenty of time for the staff to chat, but not to clean. No music, no TV,dead silence. No apology, asked for a refund and only received a partial refund. Read more
One of the best run Schlotzsky's I have been to. Cleburne is not a big city and I was more than pleasantly surprised. The... sandwiches were well constructed, the dining area was clean and inviting, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Read more
