I love Whataburger! There is always a friendly person taking your order, food is mostly fresh & drinks taste perfect.
On top of waiting 40 mins total for the food, they left out half the order the first time so we sent it back, then when they... gave it back I inquired if it was all there and I was told that if it?s written on the ticket it?s in the bag. Well afterchecking it, the order was still wrong. Bottom line, the wait time and inaccuracy of the order simply makes it not worth it. Read more
After spending $40 on 3 ppl. They never called our number or brought it out to us , so everything was cold. Kind enough to... replace the fries, bit into the burger .. cold. Way too much $ for anything to be served cold. Read more

Absolutely horrible experience. 2 cars ahead of me in drive through, took 15 minutes. Onion rings are cold and they didnt fill... them up, honey mustard that they made me pay for was missing, new Bleu Ranch burger was missing sauce, both burgers were cold,and window workers were grumpy and slightly rude. awful experience, worst whataburger experience ive ever had actually and ivebeen hundreds of times.. Will never go to this one again, i will happily drive to the Main St location to get my regularwhataburger fix. Would rate 0 stars if i could. Read more
24-hour convenience. Breakfast served from 11pm -11am. Tacquitos always delicious, but pancakes and biscuit sandwiches good... also. Service was good. Easy access and parking. Oh, and if you want a burger, those are good too! Read more
Um, I ordered the beef dead not Alive. Customer service is POOR as the quality of the food. My burger pink as hell. My boyfriend... meal is raw too. I didn?t know I needed protection to eat our meal. Read more
What can I say, it's Whataburger explanation mark! Always a favorite to fall back on. My biggest complaints used to be the... waiting time and the drive-thru. That has improved over the past couple of years. Nothing much more to say. I go often and I'venever had a really bad experience. Read more
