I love ordering from Saladworks, however this Saladworks had an issue with their printer not their computer and never had the... decency to call me and let me know. I had to wait an hour to have my salad delivered and by the time I got it, my lunch wasover. Thank goodness for the AMAZING Uber driver who called me to inform me and fix the issue. I am extremely upset with the waythis was handled. They should not have their online ordering available, if they cannot contact their customers of issues. Becareful! Read more

I love salad works. This one is very clean and the staff was so nice to us. They deserve raises! I ordered a chicken Ceasar wrap... and my husband got the crispy chicken Asian salad. It hit the spot perfectly. Read more
Did a create your own. All pasta, you could tell the pasta is at least over a day old. I'm usually a fan of Saladworks, but... today was just disgusting. Roll was very stale, onions were not chopped at all, VERY large pieces. I'll continue going toDeptford or Glassboro for my Saladworks. Read more

I?ve come here a few times now, each time I?ve had no complaints with the food. I always just build my own and happy with the... results. It would be nice to see more signs behind the counter with options and pricing. Also, the lack of a drink fountaindoes make this location less desirable. Never had an issue with staff here. I already was wary if this location after reading multiple reviews. But against my better judgement I decided to come here. The... food was fine. Price was average for Saladworks. The lack of drinks was a bit annoying (only having Water, Diet Coke, Coke) inbottles. The staff was less than friendly but tried to keep a professional appearance but still had a rude tone to theirspeech. The first staff who even acknowledged me was off the clock leaving. After that only one staff member spoke to us whilethe others just spoke to each other avoiding eye contact. At the register the staff didn't exactly put the trays down gently.Then to insult me further he decided to bill me for a bottle of water I didn't ask for and then when I went to go get the waterafter seeing it on my receipt, the staff member shouted across the store with attitude that I had to pay for the drink eventhough he just rang me out and the bottle of water was on my receipt. Ordered the salad and panini combo! The salad was super fresh!! I say this because the lettuce at the Washington Township... location is always wilted! The panini I got was the chipotle chicken!!!
