I wish I read the reviews on here before I went. Service was very slow. Waited 25 mintues for a chicken combo sandwich. ... Fries were warm, at best. Sandwich was just a piece of chicken on a bun. No lettuce or tomato. No napkins. No trash cans.They give you moist wipes to use instead of paper napkins. They are heavily fragranced and distort the taste of the food. Goelsewhere. Read more

Save yourself and do not patronage this location. The staff are extremely unprofessional and unfit for customer service. After... picking up my online order, I quickly called to advise that one of my items was missing. The cashier recalled who I was andnoted that they didn?t have the entree in question; which wasn?t told to me at the time I picked up the order, was initiallyconfirmed as being in the bag and was on my receipt. After being given the option to come back to the store to pick up aninsufficient substitute, I inquired if they could just take my name for fulfillment at a later time, as I was not interested inreturning. I was then asked if I wanted to speak with a manager which I accepted. This is when a bad experience became horrible.I was placed on hold briefly before a male voice picked up without greeting and/or providing a name. When I asked the name ofwho I was speaking with the male refused to answer only saying how can I help/what do you want. After nearly a half dozen timesof asking for his name and advising that I was placed on hold for the manager he said ?she stepped out? but continued to refuseto provide his name. After multiple attempts to find out who I was speaking to he loudly screams ?Jose?. He soon hung up on meafter I informed him it wasn?t necessary to scream in my ear. Of course, when I called back no one bothered to answer the phone.As for the food, (the little items that were correct) were undercooked and/or soggy. The strips looked like they were taken outof a tv dinner box and microwaved. The boneless wings were slimy and undercooked. The bone-in wings were lacking flavor andlater determined to be severely undercooked. Needless to say, everything went into the trash. This was the worse experience atany Wingstop location I?ve endured. Unless you?re interested in extremely poor service, being charged for items they don?t carryand possible salmonella poison don?t bother with this location. Called to place an order and I was put on hold for almost 10 minutes and then I was hung up on. I called back and I couldn?t... even understand what he was saying. I went in to place my order and all the workers just continued to work and never took myorder. The wings are ok, however the customer service is trash. I will never go back there. Read more

Waited patiently in line, placed My order that totaled $39 and change and attempted to pay for my order with a $50 bill, I was... then told they could not accept my $50 bill! NO WHERE is this posted, the cashiers, yes two cashiers stood their holding my $50and staring at me. Literally made me walk to the Bank across the street to change my $50 bill for a $40 order. I went to getchange and stupidly returned to replace my order. When I again asked why it was posted nowhere that they don't accept $50 bills.When I said that should be posted somewhere the Snyde cashier pulled over a sign that said no bills larger than $20 placed it infront of me and said there ya go! I paid for our order and we waited 20 mins for our food, which it was busy so that's no bigdeal, the lady calling out orders just kept repeatedly yelling my name as I was walking to the counter. We sat to eat our foodand needed napkins as I am with 2 children, I got up and looked for napkins and was unable to find any, I asked the counter fornapkins and was told they do not have any only the wet nap towelettes they included on the tray! I will say we were VERYexcited when we learned there would be one so close to us, unfortunately I am so disappointed by this experience I doubt we willbe back.
