The food was decent, but customer service was lacking. We drive up to the drive thru window and was told to hold please. We sat... there for at least 5 minutes and kept trying to talk to the cashier again but got no response so we drove around again and triedit again. He said he apologized and said he couldn't hear us the first time so we ordered our food. We drove up paid our moneythe was asked to drive up a little to wait for our food. I kid you not, we waited another 20 to 30 minutes. It appeared thatonly a few people were working that day and they were clearly overwhelmed but it was awful. We will not be coming back again. This is absolutely the worst Bojangles I have ever visited, and I thought the one in Lewisville was horrible. First of all, how... do you open with a B? Even as the sanitation grade is now an A, I?m not sure that is accurate based on all of the negativereviews. This place just looks unsanitary looking through the drive they window! It?s one thing to be short staffed, but anotherto serve over/uncooked food. I used to visit Bojangles frequently, but seems the last couple of years all have become terrible.Quality is terrible, service is terrible. Absolutely unacceptable. Better off cooking at home! The restaurant was dirty! Every table was nasty. The lady that was running the register did not know the menu and was beyond... rude. The wait time for our food was 30 minutes atleast. Management, please come help this store!!!! Read more
Literally ice cold raw chicken, this place is trying to kill you do not go there. I work in restaurants so I understand taking... short cuts when you are busy, but raw chicken is unacceptable and will get someone sick. I always get trash service at Bojanglesand this was the last straw. Will never be back. Read more
Picture color is off. These Bo rounds were brown and soaked in fry oil. Just after 10 seconds of sitting you can see how much... oil is on napkin. Food is always terrible at this location and staff is always far from friendly. Only time I go here is when Icouldn?t get in biscuitville. All Bojangles are terrible in general. Read more
No menus (see picture). Had to order from memory. The food was cool to cold (even though I dined in). The tea tasted like it was... strained through an old sock. Server and co-worker were busy talking when I was waiting at counter to order. Server had to betold what to return from $20.01 on a $9.61 bill (they were going to return $10.39). Horrible experience!! They have a unprofessional crew, who mock, joke around and do not take their job serious. I made two trips... to this Bojangles and they screwed up the orders both times. There was a bunch of young staff taking the orders, packing theorders, and there are young people in the management position. My fries were half full, my cinnamon biscuits were not madeproperly, my sweet potato pie was messed up and packaged horribly, and I when I came both times, I went inside I had to wait 30minutes. They need some professional, qualified, and mature workers. I will not be giving them my service any longer. Read more
This location definitely needs more staff, the drive through line was around the building. I quickly realized why. The young man... working the drive through was also responsible for the front counter and helping fill orders. I ordered dirty rice, and 4 Cajunfilet biscuits. I only received 2 so I went inside. He had to stop taking drive through orders to help me. The food was goodthankfully!! Read more
