My family and I have been going to The Brick Oven since its inception In 1995 when I was just a little kid. Admittedly I just... always thought it was ?Ok? to ?Pretty good? growing up but my food tastes hadn?t really developed at that time. Being older,I?ve really grown an appreciation for Italian over the years. I haven?t really been to this place in several years since lots ofnew Italian places have popped up in the clemmons/ Winston area. We decided to get lunch the other day and I have to say I wasvery pleasantly surprised by how good it was after all these years. My mom got the manicotti with an Italian meatball and shesaid it was delicious. I got the chicken piccata and it was honestly some of best piccata I?ve eaten at any Italian restaurant.I love a good Peroni (a really good Italian beer) and they have that now too. The garlic bread was fresh and tasted great andthe server was such a kind and sweet lady. Something I miss from restaurants these days is when the server actually seems to beproud of the food and she was. We will absolutely be back again with the family soon. Read more

I have never tried Brick before. Have always heard it was good but just didn't make it down that way enough to stop. Finally... found myself in the area. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw they had a impossible burger on the menu. Hard to find someplaces with Vegetarian / Vegan menu items. The burger was beyond my expectations. I had it in my head to not expect much beingwhat it was but man was I wrong. Was cooked with a nice flat top char, on a nice bun with all the fixings I asked for. Could noteven tell it was an impossible burger. Will definitely be back! Read more
We love this place. Yes it is busy and some times there is a wait, some times it takes a minute to get your food, but The Pizza... is always delicious and the Chili Tia Wings are to die for. Only once during the wing shortage was I somewhat unhappy, as thewings were very small. That aside.. Out of hundreds of visits, that was the only one bad thing concerning the food. Yes, thereare at times some waitress' who are not great, but the grand majority of the ones we have are spectacular. Just like anyrestaurant these days. Read more
We live in Boone and have visited here several times. Great experience every time. On our most recent visit, our server Whitney... said she had previously been a restaurant manager (at a different restaurant) and her server skills showed it! She was veryhelpful in menu suggestions. The restaurant was quite busy, and yet somehow she kept all tables served and drinks filled. Foodis amazing. So many choices. My husband ordered the spaghetti with marinara sauce plus meatballs, and I had the baked ziti. Yum!Great sauces! We also ordered a pizza to take home for the rest of the family (along with our leftovers!). Highly recommendeating here. Vegetarian options are plentiful. Vegan options if selecting the marinara sauce. Didn?t try any of the beers todaysince it was a little early in the day ???? Read more

Shared lunch with our son who is working here. The pizza had a good, fresh sauce. No complaints.
Wonderful place One waitress working very hard and seeming to love her job. Everything she did was with a smile and our drinks... were never empty. The pizza was very good. We are here on vacation and will be back before we go home! Read more
