I haven?t been to this BK in a long time because the previous times were simply a disaster and I swore I never would return.... Today my son wanted something from there so I used the mobile app (which is awful btw) to place the order hoping to savetime. Placed the order and within 10 minutes or so I pulled in and not a single car in line. Told them i had a mobile order andwas told to pull on around. Waited a solid 5+ minutes at the window (keep in mind not a single car there) yet still had to waitdespite making a mobile order. Opened up my bag and quickly saw that the fries did not look right. Tried one and i wasdisgusting. Room temperature, stale tasting, only way i know the describe was they were a few days old and they just kept themand decided to try and serve them at a later date. I asked for some fresh fries and tried explaining and the rude guy didn?tseem to want to hear, just interrupted me and told me to pull forward and he?d bring me out some. While waiting (another5+minutes) i noticed the bun on my whopper (which by itself was almost $6) was cold and no cheese and even the patty didn?t seemfresh really. To top it off my onion rings i ordered were also stale tasting and overall disgusting. Guy finally brings myfries out, wasn?t friendly at all and the new fries had zero salt on them and overall just didn?t taste good. Got home and aftereating a couple onion rings and couple bites of whopper, tossed it all in the trash. What a waste of time and money. This visitreassured me that I will never return back. There?s a reason every time you drive by there?s no cars in line for food when otherplaces are wrapped around the building. How this BK is still open is beyond me. Read more
I placed my order at the drive thru, repeating it 3 times bcz person taking the order couldn't get it right. Picked up the... order at the drive thru and started home only to realize my order was still wrong. I drove back, took the food inside and toldthe girl at the counter it was wrong. Gave her my order again. Said she took the order and that's what I otdered. Told her itwas not. Gave her the order again, she took $4 off the order to correct the price. While I m waiting on my food, i glanced atthe 2 tickets and I questioned the charge. The girl yelled at me that she took $4 off and I told her it just didn't look right. She tried to argue that I gave her the wrong order, it was my fault. I was not arguing with her and she got louder and walkedaway from me. I told her they were all rude and left. When is it okay for an employee to lash out at a customer? I only saw 3people behind the counter, she was probably the manager. This unacceptable behavior is what's wrong with our country Read more
The gentlemen was very kind at the drive thru and was very polite in taking our order. Was trying to get Wendy's and ended... coming here because the Wendy's across the street a block over was just horrible and disgusting. Our order didn't even take longto do it was fast for them having a line too. Very glad and pleased, I would come back here anyday over Wendy's. Read more
This store is a complete disaster. Stupid hours for a fast food place. Constantly finding reasons to close. Clearly not good... enough for Clemmons. Needs to be sold to a new owner. Read more
The drive through was very slow. My daughter's cheeseburger, fries and drink were not ready and we had to wait at the window,... after waiting a long time behind someone else. But the woman at the drive through window was an absolute ray of sunshine, and Iwould go back just to say hello to her. Read more
Very good burguer king. I really like the lady that works on the drive through. Very nice and sweet, helpful and kind. We love... everytime we swing by this store. I'm a happy costumer. I'll continue coming to this burguer king. Very clean. Read more
Food was good, had a hard time getting into the parking lot using a map app. Other than that a good experience here. No issues... with staff or food. Good for a quick bite. Read more
