We a wait time but it was well worth it. The lady was very short staffed but she handled herself well. My food was fresh and... very good and accurate. Due to them being busy and Short staff she had everything else under control and that was awesome. My bdeven got out of the car in the drive thru like a pshyscho to knock on the window because he forgot to tell her extra crispy???????????. The first time I came here. The chicken and potatoes were good, nice and hot. But the soda taste like water. Went back again... and they have no drinks except root beer and water. And the mash potatoes had some dried up stuff on the side The chicken wasrubbery. But the Honey BBQ sauce is amazing I love it. KFC is too expensive to be serving food like this. Read more
Without a doubt the WORST chicken sandwich EVER!! Cold, chicken was the size of a quarter, so hard I couldn't bite, 2 pickles... on one edge, bread was cold and hard around edges. They did a great job on the pot pie. The crust was flaky and the inside was perfect. It went great with a side of mashed... potatoes The staff was friendly and the place was clean. They have had some issues with having chicken ready quickly in thepast, but tonight everything was wonderful. Read more
Neither Customer service nor common sense are available at this restaurants location. Ordered a chicken sandwich with no pickles... and asked if I could get a little KFC slaw on it. Was asked if I wanted a large or small side order of slaw on the side, toldher neither just a spoonful on the sandwich. I was informed that she was not allowed to put anything other than mayo and pickleson it. I asked her for the sandwich with no pickles on it then and was told it came with pickles and she couldn't take themoff, so I asked for chicken sandwich with just mayo and was told again if I wanted a chicken sandwich it came with mayo andpickles NO Substitutions. This place is the sorriest restaurant I've ever tried to eat at. Doors locked before 9 pm. Drive thru is a joke. Food quality is... downright nasty!!! The staff was rude and then wouldn't give me the correct order...where's the drinks? Where's the straws forthe drinks? Had to ask twice, the staff was arguing loudly while I waited to get my order, so that being said, I would rate thisas the worst eatery in Winston Salem. Couldn't eat my food because it was not prepared properly, had to just throw it away...butthe iced tea was good. Would not recommend this place or staff. -5 star rating Read more
