Food took 20 minutes to come out 3 different people asked what our orders were
Took the kids to the Taco Bell on Reynolda Rd at 7:30 pm. on a Friday night, and they would not take our order. They said that... they were closed. So I called Lewisville Taco Bell, and the guy's that took the call and served us when we got there was adelight. Reynolda Rd. Taco Bell just lost this family for customers. Five layer beef burrito was the size of a soft taco, ordered two soft tacos to go with the burrito, only got one, the meat was... only at one end of the soft taco, it had five shreds of lettuce, and no tomato. Read more
I always go to this location, no errors. But oh my god. I just received my order from this location via DoorDash, a chalupa... supreme, 2 nacho Doritos locos tacos and 2 orders of nacho fries. The nacho fries were cold, but it was fine. Ate them anyways,but the chalupa was also ice cold. I?m talking refrigerator cold. Decided to go ahead and eat my Doritos locos tacos, and thetaste that came out of one bite was repulsing. I don?t know if they accidentally sprayed the entire lettuce bin with bleach orwhat but I am still trying to rinse the chemical taste out of my mouth. Never in my life have I had a single bite of food makeme throw up like that. You could be poisoning people! I don?t know what was on that taco but I will NEVER use this locationagain. Read more

Taco Bell please DO BETTER. Got a taco supremes meal and all three of my tacos were soaking wet with watery lettuce. The tacos... were stuck to the paper and either were old or whoever made them simply diddnt care the tacos were all wet. Also paid for chipsand cheese and the chips were mostly broken and crumbs. Whoever worked there tonight diddnt care about the food going out.Watery wet tacos- unacceptable . Read more
