Stopped by here on 11/29/22. First off the person taking the order at the drive thru couldn't understand plain English. Then the... wait was too long. The thug wannabe at the next window wouldn't even speak. He just tried to give me some punk gangsta attitude.After pulling out and trying to eat my food I discovered it was cold. Cold fries, cold sandwich. I'll never patronize this placeagain. Might explain why the place looked deserted. Can't expect much with the type of employees they have hired. The gentleman who took my order at the drive thru was kind, friendly, courteous, and professional. I only changed my mind at... least 4x. However, he was so understanding and very helpful. Been going to this Wendy?s lately. By far the best Wendy?s in the entire Winston and surrounding areas. Super fast. Food has... always been correct, theyll even fix the food if you ordered the wrong way. Super friendly service. Don?t go to any otherWendy?s except this one! Read more
I keep hoping the service and food gets better because I love Wendy's, but this location is THE WORST. I complained to... corporate and never heard anything after receiving chili last month that was just large chunks of hamburger with no beans ortomato. Last week, I waited 15 minutes before someone acknowledged me after placing a mobile order. And today, the service isjust as bad - I waited almost 10 minutes to be acknowledged in the drive thru after placing a mobile order. The staff werehorrible (besides not being available at the drive thru had the audacity to call me rude because I had to ask for a straw theydidn't provide after waiting 10 more minutes for my order). The staff at this location is top notch. Everyone was so kind and helpful! The only drawback was that the menu prices have not... been updated to match current pricing. For example, I believe the grilled chicken sandwich meal is priced ~$8.59 on the menu,but we were charged ~$10.99. That's a decent discrepancy in pricing when ordering for the whole family. Read more
Food was ok. Fries weren't warm. Washed hands before eating, told the fella they were out of paper towels, washed my hands after... eating, still no paper towels. None of the tables were very clean. I had to wipe one down to use. Saw no one cleaning the diningarea the whole time we were there, about 30 minutes... and there was only 2 customers in after us. Everyone was very nicethough. Read more
Wendy?s have been going SO downhill in every city we visit. We waited for 10 minutes at the order machine without someone saying... a word. Eventually the guy came on and took our order. Super nice guy but wish he would of said something prior that the waitwould be 15-20mins for food. We went ahead and ordered because we couldn?t leave with a car in front of us (trapped in).Unfortunately after placing & paying for our order and continuing to wait & wait we had to leave. I had somewhere to be & Ithought food was FAST food. I couldn?t continue to wait so I?m left hungry & without $17.31. It is what it is, just wish they?dbe more upfront that wait times are 4x what a normal fast food restaurant should be. Read more
We sat in line at the drive thru for 25 minutes between getting in line 2 cars away from the speaker box. There was 5 cars in... line including my car.
