Unethical. Knowingly served me cold, rotten sandwiches. (This has happened more than once)Edit: I just combed through the other... reviews, a common denominator appears to be cold food. This has been happening apparently for a long time, which means the ownerdoesn't actually care to correct the problem. I took half a bite and that thing tasted like the bubonic plague. I'm writing thisfor public safety more than anything else, this Arby's is dangerous. To the Regional Manager: Educate and train your staff onhow to properly rotate and date your meats (while discarding out-dated meats), and stop serving your customers cold and rottenfood. Ordered 2 sandwiches. Prepared food within 5 mins because there was no line. I was waiting in the dining area until someone to... take my order to me. Then a drive thru order came in. The lady took one of the sandwiches from the bag and gave it to the personin the drive thru. Then she came to me and said I have to wait until the chicken ready. I had to wait another 20 mins to get thesecond sandwich. That lady was RASIST. This is not the first time I had an unpleasant experience with them. Read more
The owners, managers and employees should all be ashamed to serve this food. I ordered the 9 piece boneless wings and fries. $7... plus tax. The boneless wings were the size of popcorn chicken. Food is always just mediocre. We waited over 8 minutes waiting for our food when no one else (after person in front left) was in... drive-thru. Forgot our orders and didn't even start making our food. Most of staff except for one nice lady were not payingattention and didn't care if people go their food. When asked for a refund they got in a huge agreement with each other overwhat we ordered and if refunds were possible. Five minutes later we got our refund, person forgot to give us receipt so we hadto ask. People in front and behind us also drove away without ordering. Not to mention, food is ridiculously expensive evenwithout a combo. Can get better chicken at Bojangles, Chick-fil-A, or Popeyes for less. Will not go back, they got enoughchances. Read more
