Fast friendly service. It was a very busy day and they took my order with a smile and quickly filled my order with no errors.
My company has eaten here every year since 2013, 3 to 6 Men I buy breakfast and lunch. I have a contract with Clemson for 9... months of the year. $30 to $50 per visit. Since Covid I have been patient with all restaurant management ,considering the laborissues. On August 6 2022 we were shorted 3 bo rounds, which has periodically over the last two years been a common problem overthings being left out. I have NEVER been refused the items when I returned sometimes on a later date UNTIL yesterday morning8/9/22 ,as all the employees know me.A new manager refused me the small bo rounds citing company policy. Not listening to heremployees who were intimidated by her.HOW PETTY! NO PROBLEM ! I WILL buy my guys zaxbys and chick fil. Very disappointed. I went through drive through and agreed to wait on bo rounds. Got fries. Wrong drink. No straws. No sauce... that I ordered. Not a good experience. Read more
They ran out if boberry biscuits as we pulled up but that was OK. It just meant our food was fresh! Got home 15 min later and it... was still too hot to handle, but it was delicious ???? very sweet southern service too. Read more
It was early, they were patient and friendly! The biscuits were good and crispy&buttery on the outside and moist and fluffy on... the inside. The borounds were perfectly cooked as well. Glad we stopped at this one. Read more
I pulled up to this location around 7:44 a.m. and was told that I would have to wait 10 minutes for biscuits, which I think is... ironic for a place that serves biscuits from open to close. I waited longer than 10 minutes, which would not have been asfrustrating if people behind me had not received their food first. The employee who delivered my food to my vehicle didapologize for my wait. That's the only reason why I didn't go inside and demand a refund. Also, when I opened my biscuit, therewas melted cheese on the wrapper. I ordered a steak biscuit. Read more
2nd time trying Bojangles. The place was empty so the service was incredibly fast. The dirty rice was delicious and mac n cheese... alright. The chicken was crispy but very bland. They get 3 starts because my biscuits was overcooked and hard as a rock.Personally, the biscuit is the best part of it all so that was a huge bummer. Perfect mix between KFC and Popeyes Read more
