Possibly the worst Chick-fil-A in SC. Every time I?ve been here, I?ve ended up waiting for around 30 minutes for 2 meals. Most... of the employees drag their feet and don?t take an initiative. They honestly have a depressed persona and I?m assuming this isdue to poor management. I?ve had better experiences at McDonald?s. As a Japanese visitor, I decided to travel around the United States. I arrived in this city, where I was greeted and treated as... an American and felt respected. I studied English for years before venturing to the United States, and yet despite ordering inwhat I believe to be perfect English, my slight Japanese-English accent was mocked and I was made fun of for being Japanese. Iam not sure if all American restaurants are like this or just this one, but I know for one that I will never eat here again. Read more
The food is always was good. My major challenge was portion sizes. I received an account nugget as ordered but the nuggets were... half the size they normally are. The box wasn't even full. The macaroni and cheese was also not full. I'd go back in a minute.It's a Chick-fil-A and the food is always good. The service is always top notch. Read more
I NEVER go to any fast food places on Tiger Blvd because of how busy it is, but I went this morning because I had a 10 hour... shift at work and was starving. I ordered 2 chicken minis and only got one. I called to just kindly ask for a credit for the oneI didn?t receive, and they wouldn?t give it to me because it was shown as 1 on receipt. I know what I ordered because I had iton my notes on my phone for my boyfriend and I. The young gentleman who put in my order must have typed it in incorrectly. Won?tbe back! Read more

Super disappointed! Never had a bad experience with Chick-fil-A ever until now. Atleast 6-10 employees just standing around... talking when we pulled up to get our order. Sandwich came on a regular hamburger bun instead of the typical hot buttered bun,and it was cold! The sweet tea was watered down and tasted more like unsweet. The chicken filet was so small and the fries weremehh. And the drivethru at this location is so weird that I struggled getting my large SUV through their silly little lanepoles. Fast service, friendly people and the ever impressive Chick-fil-a process. The food was spot on and the the orders were all... correct - you can?t ask for more. This is one of the newer stores with the two-lanes wrapping around the building. It seems tobe well maintained and very clean. Read more
