Do not mobile order from here. Been here multiple times thinking it will be better and every time is the same. Placed a mobile... order at 7:40 and received my order at 8:30. Tried to cancel my order and just hop in line but the app makes it so hard tocancel an order I ended up just having to keep it. Read more

The staff is rude and not accommodating. I have worked in food service for years which is the only reason I feel comfortable... saying this, but there is no reason for a restaurant to be shutting down and closing two hours before their close time. Tonightwhen I went to get my food, they were out of nearly everything. I got a burrito with rice, beans, cheese and guac on it and itcost 10$. completely unacceptable. No sour cream, no pico, no lettuce or anything else. The girl behind the counter was alsoshort with me. I would have canceled my order had they not started already making my burrito. This is something you need to letcustomers know before you start making their food. Also, I was not given a receipt, assumed it was in the bag, and didn?t noticeuntil I got home. I have called the store multiple times to ask if they could forward me one, and not a single call got pickedup. Again, working in food service, I would understand this behavior if it was closer to closing time. But I got there around8:10, and got home and tried to call around 8:50/9. They close at 10. I am completely dissatisfied, my food is disgusting, and Iwould try to issue a refund if I could, but I don?t even have a receipt. I didn?t want to leave a review, but I couldn?t evenreach the store to get my receipt which just totally pushed me over the edge. Completely disappointing. Read more

Our 7:20 order on the app was not even started at the restaurant at 8:00! The staff was rude and not helpful at all. Spoke with... the manager who didn?t even know how to cancel the order on the app nor how to refund my ApplePay! Totally unacceptable! Therewas a tremendously long line of customers waiting for orders that were to be ready over an hour ago! Unhappy customers I mightadd. The total atmosphere in the kitchen was chaotic and all the employees seemed overwhelmed and stressed which translated intovery bad customer service. If I could have given less than 1 star for this rating, I would have. Read more

probably the worst customer service experience i?ve had in Clemson. If you walk in they won?t make a burrito because they are... low on tortillas but if you order online they will make it? makes no sense. So I talked to the manager and ordered online?ordered three burritos.. The manager knew we ordered online and proceeds to put all three in a to go bag and doesn?t labelanything? we have to dig through the burritos to know what burrito each one is. Staff are so rude. We were sitting at a table beside there catering orders and one of the staff came up to us and yelled at us I... am not talking about asking she legit yelled at us to move and we weren?t being disrespectful at all we just didn?t know that wecouldn?t sit there. We waited in line along time for them to even recognize that we were there and also they were out of blackbeans. I have NEVER been to a Chipotle with this many problems the one in my home town is great people are sooooo nice andpolite we?re as this one they could give two f. I go to this chipotle at least 2x's/week. Over the last couple of years, I have noticed a steady decline, but over the last few... months, it has been awful. I used to mobile order but after weeks of my order being completely wrong, I have started going in. Iused to pay for extra protein but I was not even getting a full scoop, much less extra. If you go in the evenings (6 pm), theyare out of a lot of items and what they do have is usually cold. I was charged $52 for a burrito bowl last week (usually $8.50)and did not notice until I got home. I went back the following day and they told me there was nothing they could do, even afterI spoke with the manager. I love Chipotle but this is a very poorly ran location. Read more

Overall it was a pretty disappointing experience. Got two burritos, one for me one for the wife, and one of the burritos was... legitimately half the size of the other one. Paid the same for both of them, but got half of what the other one was. As well theingredients were not well distributed. I ended up with a fist size amount of cheese at the bottom of my burrito, and my wifeonly had guacamole the bottom half of hers. Overall an incredibly disappointing experience.
